My '92 Loyale: Safariwagon
The coil wire connected? The coil is mounted on the body, and the distributor is on the motor, so it's easy for it to pull out from one of the spots, usually the coil.

I think you can get universal flexible hoses that'll work. I'm sure some made for another brand would work. I used a different type on my BRAT when I lifted it, I just can't remember what it was.

looks like spec is offering a performance ea82/er27 clutch lineup...
Yep. With the extra power of the EJ connected to the stock EA tranny, you are stuck with a small cutch, so one that won't slip under load, is a good thing. Most people are completely fine with the XT6 kit though.

People on here would be interested in them for EJ swaps.

How can I tell if my Subaru is a DL, GL or GL-10?
Not all GL-10's had rear discs either.

I had a Ramsey 4500 on my BRAT. Worked awesome. I'd love to get another winch sometime soon, but those deals don't happen around here.

EJ swap
Did you by chance mention to him that I was hoping to hear back from him? I'd call but I have nearly no service where I'm working.

EJ swap
Yeah he told me he had someone working for him now. And yes, it's the white wagon. It would be really great if he got back to me, I know he hasn't been online in a while. And I have to add that I' much rather have it "in the way" here.

Loyale 5 Lug swap; my list...
And again I'll ask, will these work for the 5 lug swap? I've seen a few times that people say that 93 FWD Impreza axles work, but these are listed 93-94, so I was hoping someone would know if they are in fact the same. http://www.ebay.com/itm/290854598085?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

Loyale 5 Lug swap; my list...
So it looks like this was the answer I was looking for? Just want to make sure! And thank you for that link! "I just picked up the 225678 seal (710439 will be a bit longer getting here...sometime next week). and it looks to be a perfect fit. exactly the right size for the ER knuckle, but the inner diameter looks identical to the EJ seal I have. unfortunately, I don't have a spare EJ axle to actually test fit it on, but it is the same size as the EJ seal, and it won't slip over the step on the ER axle."

Loyale 5 Lug swap; my list...
Ok, so if I just simply order an Impreza inner seal I should be good? And Yeah I would think either year would work, but I really want to make sure before I buy them!

Loyale 5 Lug swap; my list...
Does anyone know what inner seal to use if you use 93 FWD Impreza axles in XT6 hubs? I'm thinking of going this route, but want to make sure I change that inner seal out. Also, when I did an ebay search, 93 and 94 FWD 5mt Impreza axles are listed the same. Are they in fact the same?

CV joint removal
Thanks guys. And from what I've read, that's what I need to do to make the 5 lug swap work. XT6 and Loyale were both pretty much EA82, aside from the 5 lug, which is a conglomeration of EA82 and early EJ.

CV joint removal
It's been a long time since I've taken a cv axles apart, so I want to make sure I do it right so I can reuse parts. I am doing a 5 lug swap on my 90 Loyale. I have XT6 front axles. I need to remove the inner joint, and put the inner joint from my Loyale onto the XT6 shaft to make it work with my stock Loyale tranny. So what is the correct procedure on removing that inner joint from the shaft? I did search but found nothing that helped. If someone had a step by step procedure that would be awesome. Pictures would be even better! Lol. Thank you in advance!
