outback limited interior into impreza? 00
bratman18 replied to bca23's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVX^Yes, I should have clarified, the front seats are bolt in. And the rail swap will help in the height difference.

bratman18 replied to bca23's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXYeah the carpet won't fit either. The seats won't be much bigger physically, just sit up higher. If you're very tall, it's probably not a good idea, but worst case scenario is, you can just change it back out.

So my rear axle fell apart while I was driving
Yeah I sent him a text but haven't heard back yet. I know he used on of them, but wasn't sure if he was keeping the other one too. If not, I would think someone on here would be able to send you one. But I will let you know. And no I haven't sent the EGR yet. The smallest box I can find is quite large and wouldn't be worth the cost. But I'll try to get something!

I have a spare set of rear axles, but another member has them. Let me see if he got them off the rear diff. I could hook you up for less than that.

ea81 push bar install
^That's how my old one was mounted too. Just jack up the car on the crossmember, remove the nuts for the crossmember bolts, slide the bar into place, then put the nuts(and maybe washers too)back on.

Baja strut lift question, sister struts
bratman18 replied to NewMaineGuide's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXThere was a certain year that the struts were longer on the Baja. But not sure which had them and which didn't. But someone should. Your other option is to add spacers on top of the struts. No need to change anything else unless you want to go quite a bit bigger.

So. California EA82 Wheeler
That's a good price. The best price I found was $299 shipped. I am going to have King Springs on mine, so I'm hoping when I get a winch, those will help with the added weight.

So. California EA82 Wheeler
According to specs online it is 26" long. I was looking at this one, and the Superwinch LP 8500. The Superwinch is 24" long, and weighs 7lbs less, not that that's much.

Will this fit an EA82/Loyale?
So the Sportrack ones I got from ebay aren't the ones that are in the picture in their auction. They fit, but not that good. They don't seem super sturdy to me. Hopefully they end up working. I have read that some people remove the molding that clips onto the rain gutters, but I did try that too, and I'm nervous about how it will look. Anyone have any tips or input?

HORN DOES NOT SHUT OFF
bratman18 replied to JONSworld42's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXWhat is the car? If you can remove the top portion of the steering wheel, there is a thin piece of metal in there that is now making contact all the time. If you can straighten things out, you may be able to fix it.

D/R Swap + New Clutch (Pics)
You actually don't even need to use the clutch for 4hi. You just ease of the gas, and push up with light, but steady pressure. In fact, often you need to be rolling a bit to get it in and out of 4hi. But 4lo is clutch in, and slow moving for sure.
