i know that you are all trustwrothy, its my mom thats paranoid.... i did want to meet up with you at lonestar. im pretty sure that if i get cought with the wrong tags on the brat, i would be in deep, maryland does have temp tag, but i have to havet he title and insurance on the vehical first. but if there is insurance on it already, then i might be able to get away with it. if any one would like to help me with getting the brat home, id be greatful., we could have a convoy to my place and then a huge cook out when we get here. i know its a long shot, but it might be worth a try, i know people ha ve work on monday and probably dont want to drive to maryland on a sunday, or saterday night, when ever it is that i have to roll out. once again, i am still not sure how things will turn out. on a side note, does anyone know how to replace the window regulator in a 1990 toyota camry? i might end up doing that on my friend's car while im there. peace tim

gc8 is the vin code that tells you that yo are dealing with a 4 door impreza wrx made before 2001. basicallt, the fourdoor wrx from japan that came out before the bug eye. the two door would be a gm8. in the states, we got the 2.5rs, which would be the gc6 or the gm6. or something like that

as long a s i dont get pulled over or arrested, i should be set. if i make it, i quess ill need like a bill or sale or something like that to get it home without gettting in trouble.

im pretty sure that you can still get at walmart, but there ar cup holders that slip in the door between the glass and door card, holds a drink easy and usually have a small pocket on the side for stuff. i used to have abunch from my mom's old car, havent a clue where they went though. good luck in you search, if i can find some, ill take a pic for you.

is the brat registered and tagged? or would it need tags if i some how get the money for it?

i am going to try to make it up there. i wonder, you think it would possible to tow a brat with an impreza with stiffer springs and a trans cooler? its also been modded slightly, more torque than stock. i dont know how safe it would be to tow with a sport coupe type car, but i could always try, right? anyone from maryland trying to go?

i dont know what nuts are on mine, i just know that the 15" alloy pugs that i have went on without an issue and have been on the car for quite a while, i never had any issues with em coming loose of not holding the rim down. are there any pics of the different lug nuts that are out there?

ive heard that it takes an act of god to damage the botom end, its one of the strongest production engines that they have made.

i never had issues with the lug nuts on my rx when i put on the pugs that i have. i drove the car for a while and never had issues with the rims, only the engines.

wow, its in russian. i got the book "impreza" which is a rather detailed history of subaru and the impreza.

when my rx was having blowby issues, it turned out to be a blown piston ring.
