  1. Yeah dude, Tuesday is the only day me and Brad have off together... Oh well..We'll see if anyone else can show up.
  2. So, me and Subaru_Styles are going to be cruising up the indian reservation in Oakville/Rochester Washington...The one just north of Chehalis, Washington. We haven't decided which day will be better, but it will probably be 6/28 which is next Tuesday. So, the point of the trip is to buy loads of "illegal" fireworks and maybe meet up with some other USMB members. It's a good central location for the Seattle and Portland guys so, if anyone was planning going there to buy fireworks, maybe you can meet us along the way and we can go together. Let me know, Daniel
  3. Hmmm...With a stock IHI RHB5...I don't see how a TINY turbo like that has enough positive force to fill both the IC's. Now, if you talk about a vf37 (perfect for pushing a lower displacement motor IE an ej20g or ej205) that may have enough "UMMMPHHH" if you will...But, still 2 IC's would be overkill. Are you talking piping 2 to run in sequence? Or custom fabbing say...The same surface area as 2 WRX IC's and top mounting or front mounting them? But, I do understand what you are saying, but I really think THAT much is overkill. Pressure drop would be a huge problem. Just my 2 cents...All the Subaru Physicists can now tear me apart :-\
  4. SAMO! HAHAHA that's awesome! Ya, oil catch cans for turbocharged cars (with IC's) are a HUGE plus, keeping all the gunk and carbon outta the intercooler...Like someone else said, no power gain, but definately worth 10 bucks worth of parts from home depot...Or $110 for a pretty polished Greddy or GBX!
  5. Oh yeah dude, he's lurking all the time... Last Activity: Today 05:41 AM Offline
  6. Are you talking about the U-Pull-It that was at 5 corners??? And that random yard out in Battle Ground, past Daybreak Park??? It's a joke...I hate not being able to wander around and check things out.
  7. It was just a GL FWD with EVCT...I may pass, unless the kid lets it go for CHEAP
  8. Just wanting a second/third/fourth opinion... It's a 1989 GL Justy, automatic with 132k miles..Body is pretty straight, but the tranny is "going out." The dude only wants $500 for it...But I'm sure I can talk him down. Let me know what you think, Daniel
  9. Are you boosting the stock 1.6? Why not get a $700 4agze? Or a 3sg? Even the ae101 N/A 20 valve!
  10. Hey guys, So, I'm having trouble getting the motor driven fan completely off my 84 turbo wagon...I've included pics for your enjoyment. So, in these two pics you see the motor driven fan pulley...With whats left of the fan...I've taken it off completely, but I can't get off the broken little nub there. Do I undo those 4 bolts and completely remove and replace the whole pulley assembly? Thanks guys, Daniel
  11. I installed one in my turbo wagon... It was rad for like a week...Car idled good...Then died and left me stranded...Now I have a personal vandetta against them.
  12. Tell 'em the truth Brad...It was $250 plus those Iroc sideskirts!
  13. Hey guys, I'm having a hard time getting the belt driven fan on my 84 turbo wagon off...It's just stuck and I can't get to it with the A/C condenser in the way (yes, the whole front end is torn apart). So, my question is this...My A/C no longer blew cold air before it was wrecked, obviously outta freon, right? So...I want to remove the A/C condenser but am scared of shooting posion vapors all over (if there's even any left in the lines) but, don't know the best way to do it. Should I just push it out of the garage and unscrew the lines that go into the condenser and run? Or will it blow my hands off as soon as the seal is broken when I'm unthreading it??? Thanks, Daniel
  14. The Srt4 shoulda spanked you...But he obviously can't drive...So...That car is basically pointless for that dude to have.
  15. I tried Sea-Foam yesterday for the first time in my carb'd wagon with crappy idle, ticky valves and just crappy gas mileage. Seriously, I've never been so amazed... The car is soooooo quiet now, no ticky valves, it idles PERFECT and I'm filling 'er up today so I'll see how it does on gas mileage before and after. I'm going to start a website.....
