  1. Uh...I hope this is normal, every time I've ever changed the oil in my carby it's smelled a bit like gas.
  2. Mine was gone after less than 3 months. What a waste of 40 bucks, right?
  3. I still have the original box, key, keychain and cardboard protector that fit around the box to protect it for my turbo wagon. I had pics on the old photo gallery site, I'll need to get some more taken.
  4. Eh...Am I confused here or are these what you are looking for? Transplants Retrofiting
  5. On the underside of your hood, if it's still there....There's a sticker that's a digram of your vacuum system.
  6. Has anyone installed one here on the board? I've searched around couldn't find any threads. Anyways, for those of you who may not know... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HKS-GROUND-GROUNDING-WIRE-WIRES-KIT-UNIVERSAL-P_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33574QQitemZ7991700220QQrdZ1 It would be something along those lines, just not purple, from Ebay, or an HKS rip-off. I don't really want this to spawn a negetive thread about whether or not you get HP gains or if it makes your car run like crap...Just wondering if anyone has installed one in an older gen Subaru. Thanks guys, Daniel
  7. :[ I wish the U-Pull-Its down here were as cool as the yards up there
  8. I've got a black hood chillin' that I going to saw a hole into for the 280zx/300zx turbo hood scoop...You know the mid-late 80's style? I figured that hood scoop will fit the lines of the car the best.
  9. I have a blue silicone 90 bend coming in the mail soon. I believe they are the same size (the ea81t and ea82t)
  10. Check it out guys...Still have a little ways to go, I'll get more pics up when it's totally done. All stainless piping with REAL silicone 4 ply connectors... Tell me what you think! Daniel
  11. I know it's not that offroad but, It was a HUGE mud puddle that actually got really deep.
  12. It should also throw codes when the car is in the ACC position. The oxygen sensor is located under the car on the header, it will look like a spark plug with 2 wires plugged right into a threaded hole in the exhaust. On the carby you'll probably be able to see it from the engine compartment, on the passenger side of the exhaust. Replacing the oxygen sensor can/may greatly increase the MPG and overall operation of the motor, this is a must if you are throwing codes for that. The coolant temperature sensor is located on the backside of the intake manifold on the passenger side...It will be aiming basically right at the passenger seat. Hope that helps, Daniel
  13. It is Subaru's early check engine system. You'll need to pull the codes from your ECU, located underneath the steering column...There will be a red light one the front of the ECU/ECM that blinks a specific sequence of short/long blinks which you will use to figure what code it's throwing and the applicable problem associated with that code. Go to the USRM here click "ENGINE" then "Everything you need to know about ECU Trouble Codes" Hope that helps, Daniel
  14. I think everyone will agree with me on this one....APARTMENTS SUCK! It seems like whenever you live in apartments, wherever it is...Your car gets broken into. Sorry man, that sucks
