  1. I'm going to check it out today...I'll let you guys know what's up with it.
  2. ^^HMMM...I wonder. Does it vary by county there? I know it does here in Washington and Oregon.
  3. Please tell me someone else has seen this! http://portland.craigslist.org/car/105752518.html
  4. Awesome pics. Looks like it was fun. blownbimer: I like your avatar.
  5. Did you search? I don't think I've seen ea81 copper HGs...But I'm sure there was some ER27 copper HGs someone posted about a few months back.
  6. Sell it dude...The DET phase is huge, you'll get rid of it so fast. It should be a Garrett T-25 BTW, if it's from a RWD s13 blacktop.
  7. Albie, the main fabricator for AA showed me the strut shortly after WCSS...It was crazy...As someone else said, the strut itself basically collapsed on itself. CRAZY!
  8. me thinks it's teh karma No Type-O Negative for you! 12345
  9. ehhmmm.. http://www.usmb.net/repair/?CurrentDirectory=FOLDER_3f29dd8b7a4f46.89471656/&FileType=Article&File=ARTICLE_3f53a13f7c7491.41102012.art 73 hp at 4800 RPM 94 lb. ft. at 2400 RPM
  10. 1984 Turbo Wagon (Lightening Silver, blue interior) 1984 Carby Wagon (Lightening Silver, blue interior) This actually could be a very useful post, I believe we should add interior color as well...So rather then just exterior, there's that along with the interior color!
  11. Hey... I was just cruising around the net while being bored at work and stumbled across http://www.importperformanceparts.net/ which sells Top Line heads (maker of OEM short blocks, heads, etc...) for ea81's, ea81t's, ea82's, ea82t's, ej...Well, you get the picture... Here's a link to Top Line http://www.toplineauto.com/index2.htm I was just wondering if anyone knows of them/have checked them out. The prices seem good too...If you wanted to go this route: $288 for NEW OEM heads with valves! ? ?!?! I wonder if they take into consideration you would need 2 heads for a horizontally opposed motor...Hmmm... Anyway...Post up your experience with this company if you have any. -Daniel
  12. Wow...Plumbing is going to be WAY fun. With a spider intake it'd be a lot easier though...Hmmm...
  13. This intercooler is huge....But, very thin. I wonder how the actual surface area of this differs from that of say a WRX or STI I/C...Hmmm... Being thin but, wide and tall should work out well...IIRC the end tanks are plastic which is obviously the weakest link in the equation but, since you'll probably be running less than 1 bar, you should have nothing to worry about in the long run. Here's a pic of one on Ebay that the guy painted chrome. :-\ For those of you who don't know what it looks like, it'll make more sense what we are talking about. Should be cool if you get it rolling...It won't even look like it has an I/C, let alone a front mount. Super sneaky!
  14. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but, this I/C will work, but will definately take some modifying. It's the huge 240/740 Volvo one right? Good luck, I'd love to see an intercooler that big in an ea82.
  15. I swear by the stuff too. It made my ticky 84 carb'd wagon purr and it still does. I add 1/3 directly into the carb, 1/3 into the crankcase oil, and a third in the gas tank. Do a search, there's been at least 2 topics on this...You'll get a ton of good information.
  16. For parts that don't really matter...Like brake calipers or bumper supports, I always use brake parts cleaner, literally melts away! Daniel
  17. I dug up pics of my factory key box and keychain...
  18. This post needs to be deleted...It's a duplicate.
  19. OMG! Hahaha, this post came back from the dead! I thought GD was back.
  20. Do it dude...It's way worth it. I've noticed a ton of people have been performing this swap so many of the rear discs out in the yards may already be gone.
  21. I installed an Accel coil in my turbo wagon...It was dead after 2 months.
  22. When I snapped the key off in the ignition of my turbo wagon....I got a safety pin and on the sharp end made a tiny little snag/hook. It literally worked first time I used it.
