i went to a big yard today , thinking they would have some parts i wanted , but all there subaru's were crushed 2months ago , so drove to another smaller yard thinking there was a turbo wagon there , no go , scrap steel is still pretty hi ,good thing i have alot of spare parts

ok, thanks, because i think the square compressor in the turbo wagon is bad, also while i was mowing the lawn i must have through a rock and it hit the windshield ,about a 6in crack

can i change the compressor from the square 1 to the round 1 ? is so what all would it need, the 1 on the turbo wagon is bad and it is sqrare and i have a good round 1, they are ea82

this is what i did to my turbo a/t gl-10 full time 4wd wagon w/ 85,000 , ngk plugs gaped at .45 , 8 mm wires, acell coil, cut out bottom air box, k-n filter , cut out big cat , no center cat ran 2in pipe all the way back , turbo muffler , i get 22-23 mpg in the city , temp runs 1 bar less than before , but i have a 2 row radiator also

try mmo , mine does the same thing 86 spfi a/t sedan , use a good oil + filter

ok, did some looking ,i think the black air line is bad , when i wiggle the black air line going into the strut it sometimes leaks more or less , i set it all back togather and it is not leaking , can i replace the black air line ? and where can i get the line at ?

ok, if i discount the control under the drivers seat , it still will leak off right ? i may try putting tire inflate into the struts , or could the hose be loose going into the strut ?

i have 88 turbo a/t spfi full time 4wd wagon , when the car sits like 8 hrs or longer all the air leaks out of the front air struts , after you start it up and let it build up it is fine while driving , if you park it with the motor off for 1 hr it is ok , it was fine a week ago , where should i start looking ? any easy fix ? and yes i have looked at the xt board and read about it , or should i replace the front 2 struts ? what are good name brand ? are there different sizes or are they all the same for a ea82 manual wagon 88, ?

i found a fuel leak by the fuel pump ,it seems to be leaking around the regulator , it is a 88 spfi dual range manual wagon , does any one have one of these to sell ? the regulator looks real rusty and is leaking badly , or are they same as on top of the motor ? after the fuel filter , because i have several of these . thanks

how about changing a 88 dl analog , and putting a analog from a 86?

i have no problems with mine , turbo full time 4wd a/t 85,000 mi gl-10 , also 2wd spfi a/t sedan 76,000mi

try at your local junkyard , here in ohio there about 150 bucks used , but different parts of the county have different prices , manual or a/t

he wants 600 bucks, glass all good, interior is ok, and other work has been done to it , i will be talking to the owner again tonight , i only talked to his father which knows very little about it , thanks
