  1. buyin a new clutch and i havent replaced it before. im kinda tight on cash and was wondering if i need the whole clutch kit or can just get the disc and bearings?
  2. Wish i could go, those videos look so fun but my car definetly would not make it around even if i threw in the welded diff, with only a 2 in lift, 26s and single range:-\
  3. wow, this sounds like its gonna be awesome. subscribed!
  4. buddy of mines loyale with a 17ft corrugated pipe @ 22 seconds

    Camber....

hate to bring back the dinosaur thread but if this is correct itd be real nice for the offroad FAQ, would eliminate alot of searching/trial and error. just sayin.
  6. a friend of mines got about 3 extra ea82 turbos he's getin rid of if ya want to make an offer.
  7. they cant. my ea82 2inch lift made brand new axles sound like they were like 10 years old and pretty much ruined them the 5-10 miles i drove before dropping the crossmember. if you do a 2 inch suspension or body your axles will squirt grease everywhere and self destruct unless you at least drop the crossmember. its very easy and alot cheaper than new axles.
  8. im in, if the car doesnt have to be swapped. 1990 loayale 2 inch lift redrilled yota wheels, welded diff. ej swap, 5/6 in lift, lsd? on the way.
  9. April 14th! crazy, especially for bellingham.
  10. sounds like a fuse check all of em in the fuse box if there isnt a diagram on the fuse box cover showing what fuses go to what.
  11. Was so stoked to go.... but my ride bailed:mad:
  12. check where your steering knuckle bolts to the strut, those bolts like too loosen up if you dont loctite them and crank em really good. balljoints probably a good idea too though.
  13. Hey, I'm making a 4 inch kit and i saw that earlier in the thread you said the strut towers had to be at a 30* angle for an EA82? sounds like alot just wonderin if thats right or if the angle differs in response to the amount of lift? thanks, jack.
  14. in it, Bellingham is just about as northwest as it gets without bumping into canada or the pacific ocean.
  15. Will do.... how did the xt6 clutch kit fit? did you have to do any grinding or something like that? i have a pushbutton single range right now and im gonna get a dual range, but my clutch is slipping like hell and id rather buy the xt6 kit, swap it in and use it for the time being until i do the ej22/DR swap.
  16. Sweet subie! Nice, you already got a weber, just needs some bigger tires and a lift:)
  17. Nice i live right in town by cornwall park, ill send you a pm or somethin when my car is back in action in a few days:burnout:
  18. That is an awesome car! Weird i havent seen that car in Bellingham before. i have a lifted loyale im gonna do an ej swap in when i get the funds:rolleyes:
  19. Ever get any vibrations, shaking etc over like 40 mph? I put on some new redrilled 6 lugs that i got for free from a friend:banana:. But when i get past about 35-40 the steering wheel vibrates and there is a weird noise sounds like its comin from the back
  20. if for some reason that doesnt work ^^, dibs. My clutch is all but gone.:-\
