  1. No way! I've been in sandy for 17+ years! or more? Haha. Where abouts do you live? My parents are up on Colman rd and I live down by the body office. I'm sure you've been by my house. Just look for all the lifted subaruas haha
  2. The newer Models to that if you pull to hard, Just did it the other day when installing my lift. Not a huge problem, put it back in and get the boot back on. Maybe a little grease depending on how much leaked out Patrick
  3. Hey there! Welcome to UsMB! And Sandy! How long have to need in these parts?
  4. Id start with unpluging the battery to reset the ECu. And then go from there
  5. Hows your coil pack look? Some times the Leeds that the plug wire snap on to get corroded. You can use sand paper and clean them up.
  6. Thanks bratman! I always forget they have that torsion bar!
  7. So your sagging in the front? If you looking to fix that I prolly would just replace the struts if they haven't been done yet. Haven't ever had to lift just the front. All it would do is lift the body off the subframe. I do believe the auto have an Exstra 4 bolts on the rear of the tranny. Turn around time is about a week-2 weeks depending on work load.
  8. Thanks man! Glad it worked for you! Still see you roiling around every once in a while! Largest OBS in sandy for sure!
  9. I love it man! Appreciate it!!
  10. Ill be giving you a hand bud! Ill make sure you get her going after the swap!

  12. Boom! heres the 4"! been a long couple of seeks for sure!!
  13. I once used JB weld to seal the top of the block on my ol ea. The prior owner left coolent in it and it froze exspanded and cracked from one end of the coolent like to the other on top of the block. Worked well forsevral years.
  14. Merry Christmas my fellow USMB addicts! Patrick
  15. Nice! I will have them made very soon! Pm me and we can talk more. Patrick
  16. It will be bolt and go, no cutting or welding. All bolts and hardware is incuded with the kit. The one thing that needs to be done is the stearing linkage exstended. I can do this for you but i need a core after. What year GL? Its the best forams out there!
  17. Haha what he said! ^^^ thanks man! Patrick

  20. http://www.subaruforester.org/vbulletin/f89/4wd-demand-4eat-3091/index26.html Good diagrams in here. Exspains a lot
  21. Just found this, http://www.rs25.com/forums/f8/t99075-4eat-diff-lock-switch-handbrake-mod-torquemada-lite.html
  22. Personly I'd stick with your 4eat! And mod the duty C to lock up. The auto torque converter acts as a low range making it much better on hill climds and wheeling. haha. My FXT is an auto and it does wonder on the trains! I'll see if I can find anything on the duty c mod. I've got one up here in Oregon that's getting it done soon. Large green foz. Patrick
  23. Welcome to USMB! I thought you name looks familiar! I'm the owner of Anderson Design & Fabrication. We talked earlier today about your forester in Instagram! But to answer you question, it has been done. But few do it because it is a fair amount of work. As far as which 4wd models work. Subaru discontinued there hi low range models in the 80's for US market subarus. So find an older EA dual range, use and EJ-EA addapter plate and swap it in. Or.... Fork out the dough and import an EJ foredter dual range from Australia or Europe... But it'll set you back a couple k. Is yours an 5 speed or auto? Patrick
  24. Dosnt look to bad... As long as the Unibody istn tweeked and still drives straight. As far as the Justy.. in my optionion and many others, its a dead plat form.. not worth time nor money, subaru discontinued all there parts and its a pain to find anything for them. Not only the engine isnt a Subaru engine... 3Cyl Dihatsu i do believe.. No there not compatible, there different body styles but it dosnt look back.. Could always try to bang out the dent from the inside PRWA
