  5. hehehe same here, i have about 5 miles on my turbo motor , but not as far to drive
  6. so are all the imprezas going to be just one class? ...just cuz i think having seperate classes for the old gens(1,2, &3) should constitute some seperate classes for the new ones.. ie; impreza split by 93-01, 02+ -just my .02
  7. just to clear things up a bit, no pun intended:lol: ...the corner lights are stockers, its the bumper lights that are different
  8. there's still a bunch of us that want to know if there's gonna be a flat mud section?

  12. Hey all.. im gonna be having a little get together at my house on friday (the 15th) then a cruise up to the show..some of you allready allready know about it, but i thought i'd post it up... pretty much just a hagning out and BS'ing then leaving around the 1-2pm ish. anyone coming from the south is more then welcome to meet up as i live 2min off I-5, litterally right before the bridge/WA border. i will compile a complete list of definte people coming as we know who to wait for or not. -Brad DIRECTIONS >Heading north on I-5 take exit #307 for Marine Dr. >Bear right to follow the signs for Marine Dr East >Left at the stop sign coming off the freeway. >Head east on Marine Dr. for 1.5 miles >Turn right on 13th street for .1 mile >Trurn right on Mariners Loop (small street sign) this street forks, so go either way and we'll at the back of the loop with all the subaru's
  13. notice i said 2wd xt rear springs, not rear struts
  14. as far as lowering it with stock parts..the best way as far as the front goes, is to use 2wd 4cyl xt front struts as they are much lower than stock. they are also available brand new from KYB. pic installed the pic above is also with smaller diameter tires (205 60 13) . as for the rear, i have yet to try, but i have heard that using the rear springs from off said 2wd xt will level it out some. i belive some people have also cut a coil or 2 off. hope this helps
  15. prett much any newer stock subaru shift knob will fit the threads on your car.. i personally have a TWM shift knob design'd for the wrx on my car
  16. found it http://www.nipponpower.com/images/tc30.jpg its only $500:rolleyes:
  17. i think that someone just chopped up the hood, however this is an aftermarket carbon fiber hood that has a scoop
  18. yeah deffinitly a go on that car... the 3dr RX was only available for a short time and not many were produced. don't forget it also has rear disk brakes, higher damping suspension, and a ground effects kit with spoiler
  19. just take the 2.2 block, use the ej18 heads (to obtain a higher CR, 11:1:brow: ) and the ej18 manifold, as it is better than the ej22 one
  20. yeah unless your molding is fubar'd you can reuse it...when i first had the red coupe i got a new windsheild installed for $135. call around local shops...most places will give you the "insurance" qoutes installed, but keep trying other shops and let them know your paying out of pocket
