Has anyone ever ran 16" wheels on a GL or loyale wagon? I got some wheels for free being told they were 15x7 so I took them to get powder coated and in the process were measured and was told they are 16x7. My GL will soon have a 2" lift and 6 lug conversion. Might want to trade these wheels. Thanks.

I also have a 3AT but I'm only doing a 2 inch lift. Tryin to buy a set of wheels and going with something like 195/75 or 27s.

I was the first to order a lift I got the two inch lift with the subframe drop that is pictured above. It was shipped two days ago on Wednesday and I received it already today. Very good quality! Patrick even labeled everything from the blocks to the hardware and wrote up instructions to do it so if you're a newbie like me it really helps! Lift will be on my GL soon just need to get some wheels and tires first. Pictures will be coming soon!

Anyone have any wheels or drilled 6 lug hubs for sale? I bought 4 pug alloys to find two were slightly bent after taking the tires off. Want something in 14" or 15" thanks.

I'm trying to get some extra hubs to get a 6 lug conversion done for my 88 gl. Can I use hubs from any other year gl or loyale?

Thanks I contacted someone but still considering to sell them and do a 6 lug conversion.

They just kind of curve in so if you look at the rim from the side it looks crooked it makes sort of a dip in. I can show you pictures. As far as those wheels I might be interested in those!

I really like the wheels Tom! I'm thinking of getting some wheels like these and 6 lug conversion after finding out two of the pug wheels I got are warped/ bent!

Do you have any pictures? After this I think I want to get a 6 lug conversion cause 4x140 is too hard to find good looking wheels.

What do you mean flattened not curved?

So I bought some 14" pugs. The guy I bought them from had tires mounted on them and had used them on his old gl. The tires were bad so I had them taken off and noticed one had a gash along the edge and another one was a little warped. Do you guys think this will affect getting new tires and putting them on my gl? Both are in the inner part of the rim if that matters. Thanks. Danny

I have the same problem I think. I live in a trailer park and there's speed bumps so when I'm driving slow around here it sounds like rattling in the rear of my car. Mines an 88 GL wagon by the way. Anyone know what it is ?

How can you tell? Each one of the rims say 6j 14 on them.

Yes the 88. And just the lift for now no other suspension mod. And the members profile name is Prwa101. He's building a lift kit for me. And the pugs are 14x6.

So what kind of tires can I mount my 14" pug alloys on that are bigger then stock? Going to get a 2" lift so I wanna know what kinds of tires are out there as in mud or all terrain. Thanks.
