  1. Its your car so make it one of a kind.
  2. This video is me testing approach and departure angles. http://www.pixparty.com/adog/index.asp?ptype=v&videoid=3559
  3. How about this weekend.
  4. This is a local offroadin area filled with a bunch of little gravel hill climbs and water crossings. http://www.pixparty.com/adog/index.asp?ptype=v&videoid=3553
  5. Whatever you do don't get an automatic. My friend had an auto and it was horrible. The EA81 and 82 do brawl more than your current suby. So if you want to do more brawlin then do it. But your suby does have more power.
  6. I've been looking at getting one of those. We'll see if it actually helps.
  7. Sick. Now lets see some rally footage.
  8. I think I just shat my pants. This is awesome news, but will the body style stay the same. Will they change it so that there is less approach and departure angle. I wonder if they are even gonna have the same ground clearance. I'm basically wondering if they are gonna make it off road capable like the old ones. Or just a city wagon. I hope they put some offroad thinking into the cars. Or is this April fools.

Actually yes I am having progress towards a lift. PK Davis finally replied to me and said he could make one up for me end of april. So beginning of may I should have it in. Then I allready got my Sick chrome Yota rims. So all I need are the tires. I took them off my 1981 Jetta.I'm running 185/70/13 studless winter tires.

I fit some fender flares from a 1981 Jetta on to my 81 GL. What you need to do is just find a set that looks like they might fit then try it. I had to do a lot of trimming, but they look good.
  11. Pretty cool looking, but an sti could woop it.
  12. No one makes off road tires for 13in rim. So your best bet would be running some studdless winter tires. I run Pacemaker Snowtrackers. There are great on and off road. Awesome in gravel and pretty damn good in mud. What you need to do is get a lift of some kind and get a set of 14in pueguot rims, or get some toyota rims and get your hub drilled to six lug. Then with the 15in yota rim you can get any tire.
  13. All those hardcore bands equals more than 50hp.
  14. Awesome. Now rally it.
  15. cool. looked like there was some mud there.
  16. Awesome. I wanted to do that more this year, but the weather wasn't cooperating. I still got to do some. Some muddin tires should help.
  17. When I got my first suby I poped four tires in only 3 months. Cool videos. Now lets see some steep hill climbs.
  18. I had a deep vibration in my suby a while ago. It came on under acceleration. It ended up being my driveshaft was bad.
  19. I'll be able to make it if it is somewhere near Montana.
  20. For sale: 1988 subaru for free.(bring shovel)
  21. It might be able to pull out.
  22. Awesome. A true test of tires is to go in a mud hole and stop, then work your way out. If the tires PULL you out then there good tires, but if it takes them a while to get you rollin then they no good. Good videos.
  23. BADASSSSS!! I always wondered what a suby would be like in RWD. Lets see some really wet mud doughnuts. I like the rooster tails.
  24. Tell me if those tires work out for ya. Because I'm thinking of getting those or some other mud terrains.
