  1. So a couple days ago my suby started acting up. You would turn the key all the way and nothing would happen. My sound system wouldn't come on or anything. Battery is fine no corosion or loose connection. So you would sit there with the key turned then all the sudden it would turn right on. It didn't do this every time I started it just some times. Then after brawling really hard yesterday it won't start at all. I took the plastic piece off the steering wheel and checked the switch and connections all good. I don't think its the coil. I think it is some wire corosion on the starter or something, but wouldn't I still have my sound system. So now my suby sits outside of checker. Please help
  2. Damn Lohan is really hot, but why the hell would you have her driving herbie. Everyone knows girls can't drive. Here's my wallpaper.

Lets see some pictures of you breaking stuff.
  6. Sick! Good Job.
  7. Very nice pics. What about video?
  8. looks like you need to get yourself a lift so you wont hit any more rocks.
  9. That sucks. I've been brawlin the snowy mud all week.
  10. I saw a video of a lifted suby with big tires that went into a water hole and lost traction and started to float. They had to tug him out.
  11. What is the size of rear shocks for a EA81 4sp d/r wagon? I need to get some that will work for before and after install of lift. Any suggestions?
  12. Not bad. Now lets see you wash that mud off in a big water crossing.
  13. The newer subarus can't brawl half as much as the older ones. Stock subaru can't do a LOT offroad, but if you invest like a grand into one it can do A LOT. My suby is gonna have 12in of ground clearance by the summer. Which is more than a tacoma, but subies arent as strong as a tacoma. If you can either of these subies for under a grand(whichis pretty easy) you can invest another grand or so and make it do as much as a tacoma. Just make sure you get a GL because they come with 4lo and 4wd which is awesome. If you wanna see what subies can do go here .http://www.atlas4x4.com/video.asp?gallery_id=1 Good Luck EA81 subaru GL EA82 subaru GL And as you can see Subaru handle very well.
  14. I'm slowly gathering footage for a suby video.
  15. As far as I know only EA81s had them. But they are under the rear bench seat there is a rubber grommet you pull out and there is a big nut there. That controls the rear height. Have someone watch the rear wheel well while you turn it to see which way you turn to go up or down.
  16. I've seen EA82 with the rear mudflaps on the front, but I don't think they work for EA81.
  17. Cherry Bomb is the only way to go!

  19. Whatever you do don't get an automatic. Unless its like an 05 or 04, because suby automatics aren't the best. I would suggest getting a used Legacy or Outback because they have a lot of cargo space. Sound like you need it. Or you could always go old school and get a 88 GL. Has a good amount of cargo space and 4hi and 4lo. They don't handle quite as nice or as fast, but they'll last just as long. My .02 cents
  20. Well one day I was following my friend home from work and there is this nice 90 degree gravel corner that we rally all the time. Well today he went a little to fast. He had a perfect slide going but just to fast. So he slid a 180 in mid air into the ditch. Well a lady that was coming down the road saw it and called the police. So the police came and my friend got a careless driving ticket, and the officer called AAA towing which costed my friend 120 bucks. Anyway he was REALLY stuck. Amazingly enough there was almost no body damage. I know if it was anything besides a subaru there would be a lot of body damage.
