  1. Replaced my well worn out motor mounts. The engine doesn't look like its going to shake out of the car anymore.
  2. Put some cheap chinese driving lights on the front of my wagon to replace the other cheap chinese lights I had that a deer broke them off a while back.
  3. What should I expect if when these things let loose? Fan in the radiator?
  4. A whole lot of wrestling that thing around and a whole bunch of swearing, and about a pack of smokes. Thats what it took to get a NP435 and 205 transfer case into a 77 f-150 whaen I had to do the clutch in that thing years ago.
  5. I have the same problem. A piece of black tape over the light fixed it right up.
  6. Yes, the wheels fit because of the worn pads.
  7. Your loyale is 4WD not AWD. You can use 4WD on dirt, snow, ice, gravel just like a regular 4x4. Don't use it on dry pavement, concrete ect.
  8. EA82 cars are self oiling. Atleast around the front. For the rest, used moter oil sprayed into every place underneath works.
  9. Mag cloride is some nasty stuff! I had put new chrome wheels on my old Toyota 4x4 out there, and within 2 weeks they started to rust. Ate the bed of that old yota all up also. Same with my Loyale. Front fenders are all ate up from mag choride. The under side of that car is in good condition though, from spraying oil on everything on the underside. Did the same on that old yoda to keep the frame from rusting.
  10. Hello from down here in Asheboro. Nice to see another local on the board.
  11. Slapped in another rebuilt alt. tonight. This is number 4 or 5 in 4 years. Lifetime warranties are great.
  12. Thats how I fixed mine! Matches so well, you can hardly tell that theres any black tape at all. Works great!
  13. Grease up your linkages, and replace the throttle cable.
  14. I put GL10 seats in my Loyale. Well, just the driver seat, haven't got around to the pass. seat.
  15. Well, checked everything out, everything seems good. I guess the belt stretched just enough to come off. I had a tire go down on my earlier in the week also, for some unknown reason, nothing in it, no leaks at all. I had also just topped off the tank then also. Maybe I should just fill the tank to 3/4's from now on.
  16. Having the handbeake on the front is great. If the regular system fails, you can always stop the car with the handbrake fairly easily.
  17. Stopped in at a friends house tonight, and when I went to leave the driver side timing belt came off. Didn't break, just was so loose that it was doing nothing. So I put it back on, and all seems good. But, what has me scratching my head is what could have even caused this? The tentioner seems fine, and everything looked ok yesterday when I was poking around. I had just filled her up with gas, so maybe it was just messin with me.
  18. Put a piece of black tape over the light. Thats how I fixed mine.
