  2. I'm looking at adding a new product to my store at www.sjrlift.com the 4x140 to 5x100 adapter to install the newer Subaru wheels onto the older cars, I'm looking at offering 2 styles one set of 4 that would bolt upto drums or discs and another option to have new rear drums machined to the 5x100 pattern, it's not a cheep endeavor looking at $350-400 a set for the first run, if I get a few interested and prepay I'll start on this right away, if not then It will sit for now. Scott
  3. On a SJR 4" lift all the lower blocks are 3"
  4. Rim back spacing might be to much, and yes you can lift just the front to help, over a 1" I would also lift space the engine crossmember down as the EA81s axle don't like to much of a angle, i can make the lift parts you need
  5. On that model 2" or less you can get by with just the strut lift, it will give the axles a greater angle, best to also drop the rear trailing arms Here's my kit for that model, if you go less say 1" just need strut spacers http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/lift-kits/0-2-lift-kit-2000-25-detail
  6. then yes Ill do your car thank you Scott

  11. I may pick up a XT6 for parts it has the front hubs, no rear hubs or brakes, what parts work to do a 5 lug setup, also what works from newer cars thanks guys on a 89 Loyale
  12. yep you wont need the trans box
  13. I have a customer that wants to put a EJ engine in his EA81 and keep the 4 speed that's why I ask
  14. Will a EA82 flywheel work in a EA81 4 speed trans? Also do the pressure plates interchange? Thank guys
  15. lets see a picture of the lower lift part where it bolts up
  16. I have a good EA81 hub I can send you PM me

  18. Im on my 3rd set of Super Swampers TSLs best in the mud and roots, for a all around on and off road the Maxxis Bighorn MTs are my favorite , the swampers wear faster and are softer, Id go with a new set of bighorn MTs 235/75-15 http://www.sjrlift.com/images/stories/virtuemart/product/bumper%20ea82%20corner%20sjr.jpg
  19. Roll the car back and forth and press down ion the hood, get it to settle, also with that lift and no engine crossmember lift it will be greater then stock, I can provide you with the crossmember lowering kit
  20. Ive been selling the SJR adapter new for 10 years and run it in all my conversions , its a 1/2" steel plate and comes with all the needed hardware , also I can sell it with a new redrilled flywheel here http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/engine-swap-parts/ea-to-ej-swap-kit-detail
