  1. heres the deal Jeeps for sale Outback will be lift kit only Impreza will be wheeled next weekend Justy will get done, just different then started will be a quick build once I get on it again
  2. lets see some pics of this awesome monster
  3. What car? got a pic?
  4. well ... more lift does give better approach and departure, also more room under body which helps from bottoming out in the middle of the car , no change at the axles and crossmembers , also more lift will aid in the future if I go solid axle in the rear Heres the tires got one mounted up and did a test fit, clears the stock struts and fenders, 195/75-14 after lookin at the lift block pile and thinkin I just might go with a 4" block all my blocks are 3" and I have some 2x4 rec tubing that wants to be cut up and realistically ouce this baby up I probably wobt make the jump bigger as its my daily driver might just buy some ATs and call it good
  5. Cleanin up the shop got a few things anyone need some lift kit parts? not completre kit? what do you need? on those 3" front EA82 extensions Ive dropped the price to $80 a set
  6. been lookin and thinkin looks like I just might do a 6" lift, have most the stuff from past projects, thinkin straight up 6" on everything, use stock struts and some 25 in MT tires, then at a later date go Forester/Outback struts on the front , add a solid rear axle and then add my 235/75 Bighorns, this way I can quickly get this pig offroadable with a small enough tire so no worries breakin rear axles then later go strong rear axle and bigger tires, got less then 2 weeks if I want to take it to the Oregon run
  7. this things comin up lets get a list of what cars are going
  8. got it its a 93 FWD Impreza with a EJ1.8 , the stock tranny givin out doesnt like 3rd and 4th gear makes a bunch of tranny noise , drives great, nice little car plans are add EA82 dualrange , add 4" lift, replace rear suspension to make it 4 wheel drive weldup the rear and add some mudders Walker Valley hear we come Wooooo Hooooo............ for now Ill drive it to work , get all the parts and lift ready then make the conversion
  9. great thats good news the Imp presently has a bad tranny, now in the future if I want to ungrade to a EJ22 will it work with all the 1.8 parts ?? thanks Scott
  10. looking at converting a 93 Front Wheel Drive 1.8 Impreza 5 speed to 4 wheel drive, got a few questions, will same year lagecy parts bolt right up. like all the rear suspension, also the 5 speed transmission?
  11. Delta Cams here near Seattle they regrind the stock ones to a Low torque spec works with all stock parts in the head these guys http://www.deltacam.com/index.php
  12. thanks Chux I just remembered I also have a 96 5 speed would that be a better match?
  13. Got a 2000 Outback wagon its Blue/gold Looks like your wagon Gregg what year was yours ? 5 speed 2.5 EJ single cam engine 16" alloy rims I got it to make up a lift kit as I dont have the newer style 2000+ style with the multi link rear suspension its got a good engine, the trannys in the back seat rear sections all tore apart looks like a bad central Diff, after I make a lift for it I just might fix er up for a new wheeler, if so I may drop in a Dual range and add some mudders, got a few questions, will 15" wheels fit on this baby? as all my mudders are 15" , also I have a older 5 speed from a 91 Leg Wag would that bolt right up and use the same driveshaft? I noticed it has a hydrolic clutch release , would that work on a older trany? also whats the rear diff ratio? also whats the largest tire that will fit? I have some 235/75-15 MT Bighorns would like to slip them under there will they fit? looks like room in the rear, just may have a strut clearence issue in the front , anyway this may take some time . first will be lift design and construction, then more
  14. im at home today
  15. wheels that have a flat spot between the lug holes that way its easy to drill , some rims have lumps or bumps between holes, dont use those
  16. I was thinkin it was time , I drove my wheeler for the first time just yesterday since the last trip a few months ago, part of the yard cleanup
  17. Just watched a old vid from my first trip to Walker Valley ORV park in NW WA , it was back in 2006 , 5 yrs ago, brought back some memorizes , It was the first trip out with the white wagon, still had the stock wore out 1.8 in it, was my first time with a locker rearend, I destroyed that clutch that day, my offroader has changed and evolved since then, also my driving style has changed, that thing was gutless, it wouldnt even make it up the gravel pit hill at the start, ONEEYE had to pull me up because I lacked power, now im running a EJ2.2 with Delta Low Tork cams and boy does it make a difference, Im thinkin of maybe keepin my 3 door coupe and turn it into my new wheeler, Ive babied it and have just kept it a road car kept the rear end open, Im thinkin Jeep cherokee axles a dana devorced transfercase and a sammy frame, I have the frame and transfercase, jeep cherokees are so cheep , especelly if the engines bad, could pick one up and use the drivelines and axles and springs, and steerin, keep the EJ in the coupe ditch the subaru axles and the 6" lift and add the jeep parts, run some 32s I have and eventuly get a set of 33s , should have low gears with the soobbie tranny, Dana transfercase behind that and the jeep axles , I know I can get some flex out them cherokee prings they run coils in the front and leafs in the rear , I like the soobie I just dont like to break and lower gears would bo cool, anyway may never happen. was fun to watch the old video, watched one from Reiter pit also from the same year, thats when I saw Noah with his silver sticker wagon just 1/2 throutle it up a long sand hill with the EJ22 I remember thats when I knew I needed to go with a EJ someday, been threw 3 of them now and wont go back for a wheeler, love the delta cams to sure makes a difference over that EA82 1.8, with the weather turnin good and sunny makes me want to hit walker again , thanks for readin Scott
  18. you want to neutralize the flame, im sure theres good details on the web
  19. I make design and sell liift kits for Subaru cars, on a EA81 I would go straight up lift everthing the same , on a EA82 (loyale) I go 1" over stock front and rear so if you want a 3" lift go 3" at the struts and shocks and 2" on the rest of the suspension, , now on the rear you dont need to drop the swing arm pivot tube, just the diff , good luck and happy Wheelin
  20. I will email you the correct Group Buy amount and Paypal Info thanks Scott
  21. not to late go to my site and make the order, Im still waiting on a few payments Scott

  23. numbering goes off engine type, the 93 lego has a EJ2.2 engine , so the EJ kit will fit cars with the 1.8 EA82 engine get the EA82 kit
