Anyone got an idea how I can fix these cracking issues?
I would link the lift blocks together , weld bars between , which will cause less stress on captive nuts, in this picture looks like bottom of bolt has no support , this will also cause more stress , would like to see pictures of lift blocks Scott from SJRLIFT

Wagonstien taking fully independent suspension to the next level
my kits are 1" over stock so a 4" lift has 3" engine crossmember block , except on the EA81 a 4" lift is 4" all around I like your ideas will be watching progress and Interested what works in the real world

Front EJ undercarriage into ea81?
it can be done, I could do it for you, the EJ front a-arms are different then the EA stuff but with a 4" lift that gives you plenty of room to make it work, also the EJ struts sit out further but that would be corrected with custon EA81 tops and EJ bottoms on the strut towers, I have both the EA81 and EJ car front chunks so I could jig up the parts and ship them to ya, if you came up for a weekend and helped it would reduce the cost

EJ22 into EA82 using stock EA82 wiring and ECU
I want to put a EJ22 into a 87 EA82 SPFI car but I want to use the EA82 wiring , whats involved ? maybe use the EA82 SPFI and I guess I would need to set up the EA82 distributer, Im trying to get away from rewiring the car to make this run, I dont mind if its a little down grade from the stock EJ setup , its for my red wheeler sedan , I could run the disty off the front of the cam pully maybe, I could adapt the Fuel Injecter to fit the EJ manifold, has anyone done it?

ARB Air Locker for R180 Diff
IVE DONE IT ITS A LINCOLN LOCKER AND YOU CAN BUY THE WHOLE SETUP FROM ME AS IVE MOVED ON TO OTHER PROJECTS Also I installed a Nissan 720 4x4 pickup front Diff , axles and Hubs,in the rear, the diff bolts right in with no mods to car mounts or driveline, I had to cut off the bearing end of the stock soobbie swingarm and weld up mounts for the truck knuckle , so now I have 4.38s in the rear, so Im running 30" tires ( wore 31 x 10.50s) on the front and 33" tires on the rear , also the diffs welded up so now I have a stronger rear axle set up and unlocking rear hubs for onroad use
-
Rear diffs non stub newer type converted to stub type 4.44
I can do that might try this. this diff is in the front of a t-cases rig, so if the axle slines match I would prefer this should with my lift its only 1 inch over stock flex and the shaft still has play
