  1. yeah i know i've had pently of those, i just didnt feel arguing with them any longer so i picked up and left after the 3rd time
  2. the alignment was off because of the outback strut install and also new tie rods... do i decided to go get an alignment since i have new tires
  3. hmmm, it was pepboys, they kept giving me excuses that my steering box may be damaged or something... grrrrr they hire high school kids to do these jobs.. i may have to get under it and do it myself, ugh!
  4. the steering wheel was str8 when they started but the alignment was off correct, the alignment is ok but the steering wheel is off to the left when driving str8 and they did use the wheel holder thing and on the 3rd time i made sure it was on a str8 position
  5. ...however the steering wheel is about 2 to 5 degrees to the left, i went back to the place where the alignment was done and they did the alignment 3 times! and they could not find out why the steering wheel would not go str8... all the numbers were ok... i was there present and they showed me all the numbers on the computer... remember that this car has all new front end, ball joints, steering system, struts, springs, etc... what else could it be??

  19. imprezas had ABS since 93 and all wheel disc too in some models the reason i ask is that awhile back i got a hub from a 95 impreza in the JY to replace the one on mine with a bad wheel bearing now that i got new tires, i see that the side of the replaced hub the tire is alot closer to the bottom of the strut than the other is, lets say the side that was replaced is about 1/4" space and the other side is about 1" space between strut and top of tire... which it makes me think the geometry of that hub where the strut is bolted on is a bit shorter. Could that be correct?
  20. yes thats what i am talking about the whole housing that the ABS sensor is on and and the e brake hardware is attached to
