  1. May peace find you soon my friend.
  2. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=33669 Many duplicate threads have been placed here.
  3. That site belongs to Joe Spitz. He is a salesman @ Carter Subaru in N. Seattle. He is in charge of internet sales, I believe. Lots of info for sure.
  4. Offroad/4WD mags aren't into car shows. As Eric stated, Subysport is and will be the exclusive coverage for this show. Events like Moab, Rubicon and such have not generated any interest by the off-road mags. If someone wants to contact one of them regarding an off-road event then feel free. However, this is not an off-road event. It is a Subaru car show event.
  5. Trust him, he knows what he is talking about.
  6. Here's a few... I think all of these are of EZap. Definitely a mud thrower.
  7. Really, why would you want to run 10's with 468bhp and nos. There is alot of JDM and aftermarket support for the Honda namebrand. They run high rpm ranges and produce good power. I don't own one but I know a few who do. Trust me when I say that only a couple old skool Subaru's could even consider running with these cars.
  8. Eric has been working for GP Moto for over a year that I know of. He was really patient about the conversion stuff. I think he may still have the wagon, BTW.
  9. If he drives like he did last time it won't matter what anyone has for tires. Well, almost anyone.
  10. Weather channel says, Wed, clear Thurs, cloudy Fri, showers Sat, showers Sun, rain Gonna be interesting for sure.
  11. Coming from the two of you is very funny.
  12. I am thinking it is time for a new stable pic.
  13. Now would be a good time to let anyone interested in doing a swap meet to contact EdRach for arrangements. He has been put in charge of the swap meet.
  14. Hmmm, let me think about it... ...NO
  15. Cool. I gave my daugther an '84 GL10 coupe that looked alot like yours. Only difference was the dk grey color and the wheels. It resides in Eastern Washington now.
  16. Nice job. I am considering dynoing the XT6. There is a new dyno down the street.
  17. Thanks Joe, I was going to drop in a surprise you but ran out of time today.
  18. Different looking in person. It sits just right.
  19. Sorry man, wasn't being sarcastic or mean or anything. I was just saying you could have been almost done with it. Sorry you took it that way. The job should only take about an hour to do. Oh, I am sure you can handle it. But have you ever driven a car that the power steering has gone out on?
  20. In the amount of time you have spent on the comp today you probably could have replaced the rack. It will be harder to steer than a non-power stering unit. The fluid also lubricates the rack. Without it can cause nothing but problems.
  21. That can't be a bad thing, can it? The 3" exhaust really has a sound all it's own.
  22. Fun, beware that the tunnels in the 2wd are much narrower than 4wd ones. You will have to beat it to make a 4spD/R fit it. This means you may have to do some cutting to make the 5sp fit.
  23. The only thing worst than way too many miles, in my opinion, is too few miles. You will need to tune it up, complete. Cap, rotor, wires, plugs, PCV valve and ALL filters. Run an oil conditioner/engine cleaner through it. Chances are the seals may be a bit dry in the engine. If you change the oil and add the cleaner run it for the directed time and flush it out. It will require a little more than a case of oil and 3 filters for this process. Then once that is done you will need to drive it. The seals should soften and it should stop smoking. Good luck Connie.
  24. Hey Rich, you gonna show up at Hillsboro? I have something for you!
