hood Scoop for RX
It's PVC, cut it with a saw or whatever. I cut 5in out of the center and used the remnant to brace it underneath, then I epoxied it. I used a filler on the seam, but it flexes and ends up cracking. I have it vinyl wrapped now, so its not as noticeable. There is a smaller scoop on ebay that doesnt need to be cut, I used it for a while. This one will work, but it will be right at the edges of the hood crease. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TURBO-RACING-STYLE-HOOD-SCOOP-VENT-BLACK-CAMARO-CHARGER-/350490522058?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ASubaru&hash=item519adcf1ca#ht_6865wt_1161

New S.O.S. steel subaru wheels 4x140x15
I suggest you guys either call or email him, he's pretty busy. I talked to him at WCSS13 and he told me what he was doing and the tools he purchased to make a better product(s). You will be getting your moneys worth if you buy from him.

hood Scoop for RX
Look on ebay, theres a few that will fit. Or you could do what I did and modify a WRX hood scoop.

H.I.D. Lights on Loyale - Yes or Not? ... Why?
This is where I think you are wrong (misinformation). Not all HID's come in projector lamps, they are also in reflector type lamps (specifically designed for HID's). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automotive_lamp_types The point you are trying to make is this... This info is from the wiki article. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Headlamp#Reflector_lamps

H.I.D. Lights on Loyale - Yes or Not? ... Why?
Projectors are quite different than plain HID's. Show me a standard cutoff from a car that comes from the factory with HID's. They wont look like the pics of the projector lights. Loyale 2.7 turbo lives in a rural area in S. America. Dont think his lights are going to be a problem. The others need need to adjust their lights accordingly. Check out my write up on projectors in GL buckets. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=125187

I bought this EA82
If its a MT there wont be a problem with towing. You can even drive it with those tires, just dont drive it in 4WD.

H.I.D. Lights on Loyale - Yes or Not? ... Why?
Do you have HID's in your car now? If so, post pics please. Theres going to be lots of diffusing in a EA82 headlight housing.

WCSS13 pics and stuff
Post your pics folks. I didnt take a lot, this year I spent more time chatting and visiting. Great to see old faces and meet some new ones. Even tho we didnt have the mudpit, the go carts were a hit (Hope we get the mudpit back for next year AND the go carts). Camp set up on Fri. Thats Donald next to me. The view... Not sure who this is... The vendor display and announcement building.

No compression after head gasket install??
You might have had a faulty reading on that cylinder. How many times did you check it?
-
No compression after head gasket install??
Check and see if a valve isnt sticking open on that cylinder. Loose rocker arm, etc.

Late 90's EJ seats into L series - anyone done before?
When I have swapped early Legacy seats, I had to drill out the rivets then make a tab front and rear to bring the (L series) rail in. I think its about 1in narrower (L series). Problem is the tabs need to be thick (for support) if you arent welding them. Use Loctite if you use bolts to attach them as they will loosen after a while and the seat will move around. I made the inside rail stationary and brought the outer rail in.

If he's not removing the axle completely, no need to take off the axle nut.

The EA AT is the same as the MT for axle removal.

No, there are roll pins in each side. Takes a 3/16th punch.

84 Brat automatic choke not working with weber? Cool pics of the 1.8
Before you start the car, push the gas pedal all the way to the floor and release. This sets the choke for a cold start. Automatic means it releases when it warms up.

What to lay down in back of wagon once carpet is gone?
You may need to lay down something for backing as the floor is pretty un-even. The carpet suggestion is pretty good too, easier to work with.
