  1. You need to start a thread in the Wanted forum then.
  2. I can probably make it to either location. Also, the Dicks on Holman has no restroom. You will have to go down the street to the gas station. Or hold it, which is hard if your as old as Ed and I
  3. I thought you installed air suspension for a sec there, then I saw the jack :-p Welcome to USMB, theres a few SVX owners here (me included).
  4. I saw a pair of these mounted on capt_r's EJ swapped wagon. He even has A/C (condenser) so they are slim enough to fit. These will be getting installed on my swap when I replace the rad soon.
  5. If you go to the NWIC chapter of Nasioc, you will find quite a few meets in the area. Theres one on Wed night twice a month at Dicks Drive-In in Wallingford. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2185378&highlight=dicks Some really neat people, I consider more than a few friends.

Theres a ton of info in this forum, all you need to do is use the search function.
  7. You need to have patience to work on them. My lawnmower is around 20yrs old and has a B&S engine on it. I leave it out during the winter, covered with just a plastic recycle bin. Come spring when its time to mow, I give the fuel bulb 3 pumps and usually on the 3rd pull it starts. I've never touched the carb, just clean the filter once a year. I think I'm only on the 2nd sparkplug and 3rd blade. And there are many race cars that still run carbs on them.

No bashing or cutting involved, its mounted to a sub frame. Yours doesnt look that low to me, maybe its your driving style.
  9. Might be a good time to mention that the BNW Meet is now moved to Pacific Raceways. http://www.bignorthwest.com/
  10. Go to User CP and its under Edit Options. Look down to Private Messaging. Check the box.
  11. Wheel bearing job... http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=77491 Axle removal and installation... http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?p=615158#post615158
  12. You actually went out wheeling without knowing how to fix your own car? And in a 2wd? I usually dont give people grief for their mistakes, but I think this is a winner.
  13. There should be no torque bind while in fwd. One of the ways to get it is if you are driving on the dry street in 4wd (dont do this). The other is mis-matched tires. Theres also no duty c solenoid on a MT.
  14. Maybe they are rejecting your registration attempts :-p
  15. I listen to classic stuff all the time, but I mix in new gen stuff too.
  16. You really wont know what to get if you dont know the weight of the boat. and trailer. Its called tongue weight and it determines what size hitch you need.
  17. The vid I shot was bad, the camera decided to act up and I didnt check till I got home :-\
  18. I had to remove those 2 bolts in order to get the column out of my RX. Its a collar that holds it to the firewall. And just cut a small slit in the grommet for the cable.
  19. Doh! I think subaruguru has a parts Brat.
  20. He's looking for the part numbers for the studs. You neen more coffee :-p
  21. Just take a look at the picture that you quoted from him. Its a Brat with the Escort seats in it.
  22. I guess you wont have to worry about getting that punch stuck again now
