  1. caboobaroo i feel your pain suddenly oh well my problem is i have no experance with heli coil
  2. well it made a new record i was driving it to work and i heard a loud bang turns out the dumass who owned tghge engine before me didn't know his rump roast from a hole in the ground so i have two stripped out holes in my engine and no left timing belt tensioner or idler pulley also some how one of the bolts snapped off in the hole so any ideas?
  3. well now my car is ************ed i might be going in a chevy it threw the timing belt tensioner and it looks like it broke the bolt
  4. it happend to me the day i got the new engine in the car. it's kinda cool in that evrey warning light in the car comes on at the same time
  5. well there is one(xt mpfi 4cyl) in co auto salvage right now but i don't have the time to go pull it i'll tell you the next time i see one
  6. just thought i'd add that you don't need an mpfi block there were no differances if your going to change the heads you can use an spfi block and have no problems i believes
  7. you know you can just stick turbo heads on a spfi engine and they will fit fine right?

  13. i'd start with a full tune up cap rotor plug wires and new plugs then i'd change the oil

  19. not sure how much it could take but i was told the synchros would fry first
