December 12, 200421 yr The entry time is expired to make the "contest", but feel free to let fly with more photos of the offroad involving Subarus this past year.
December 12, 200421 yr This isn't what was technically asked for but it is off the pavement and probably one of the only times you'll see a pic of an STi off the street.
December 12, 200421 yr Back on topic. The first run for my Hatch and one of the most impressive obstacles to date. And the only time Eric wouldn't follow me!
December 13, 200421 yr this is as close as I came to offroading the loyale and just for the record, that pavement is not under my car!!!
December 13, 200421 yr Here is my Roo.. Yes that is a mountain. I am in Estes Park, CO. That was the tamest part of the trail. I also encountered a bear on that trail. Not like "oh look kids..a bear." More like "OMG A BEAR..START THE CAR! ROLL UP THE WINDOWS!!! LETS GET OUT OF HERE QUICK!!!
December 13, 200421 yr Would have to say this is my favorite to date! This one of course if pretty awsome too:
December 13, 200421 yr Hot off the presses. http://www.onysd.wednet.edu/~g98s57/HatchInAHole/hatch-in-a-hole1.jpg
December 13, 200421 yr carfreak85 this pic is TOO funny ! http://usmb.net/albums/album230/IMG_0943.jpg Here's some of mine
December 13, 200421 yr it's more of the story behind it than the picture http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=946 from the midwest 2 meet what a way to spend the day of senior prom
December 16, 200421 yr I HAVE to throw this on up here, simply Incredible. waking up and seeing this at WCSS6 was just SOOOOOO cool:
December 16, 200421 yr The First pic is of My friends 88 GL going through one of the deepest and gnarliest water crossings in town. The other pic is of my 88 DL rallying a gravel corner. The last pic is one I found on the internet of a suby getting HUGE AIR. http://www.allaboutmud.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=My_eGallery&file=index&do=showpic&pid=3825&orderby=dateD I found this pic on the internet too.
December 17, 200421 yr Nice someone started it, good job Zap! how are they being judged? my first entry (tried and true and DEFINITLY off pavement): I get one of the other wagon this weekend
December 18, 200421 yr Of course I hafta pimp my own. These are my faves out of my collection. Note that awesome flex! From the recent Ocala run.. this was a lot more difficult to traverse than it appears in the pics.
December 18, 200421 yr Yeah, I know I technically already posted my Wagon, but this is before it was lifted so that's kinda like a different car, right? (It only looks lifted here 'cause I leveled it on some big rocks.) Camping ability is a very important component of off-road utility, in my book. Sweet82: Ya know where this is? Also, here's my PartsWagon, which is not on the road and never will be. When it's not keeping the '88 alive, its a jump for my bike. (There's a 2x12" up over the hood) Jumping = Intrinsicly Offroad.
December 20, 200421 yr heres some new ones: this last one gave me some flashbacks *shudder* plenty video of this one to come
December 22, 200421 yr An old one I dug up, the terrain wasn't very impressive, but it's a good shot of the car (when it was clean), with some neat scenery
December 24, 200421 yr Here is one of my Wagons getting an undeserved beating.......climbing over a downed oak tree. I felt the floorboard raise up an inch or two when I went over it
