November 6, 200520 yr slideway...your wagon is "off da hook"! Seriously man, it looks amazing. And with that engine in it I'll bet it just screams down the road too! Seriously, that is why I will never own anything in the Impreza line. . . I'd get arrested.
November 6, 200520 yr Here is a pic of the "Entertainment Center": Note that the CD player is out of an SVX, and the foot stays pinned to the firewall. . . my 94 lego GT had that stero/cd player stock.
November 6, 200520 yr heres my winter car ,(first time ive ever wanted it to snow ) 500 bucks canadian
November 6, 200520 yr I have had many wagons, but my current wagon- 94 impreza L with some minor offroad mods done so far... including a functional snorkel and forester struts. now with BFG A/T tires
November 7, 200520 yr I realize it's nothing special, just the clean lines of an 02 Legacy Wagon L with cargo carrier at the Eastern Shore of Virginia NWR, Sept 04.
November 7, 200520 yr my 94 lego GT had that stero/cd player stock. Not that one. The stereo is from a '91. Notice teh AUX jack. '91 was the last year they offered them. and the CD player is from an SVX (the 91 player head had the display die on me. . . ).
November 7, 200520 yr yeah my 91 legacy had that AUX jack, worked great with my Rio 500 until I upgraded to a CD player.
November 7, 200520 yr I don't see any snow in that last one Nice wagon. Just highlites the massive overall capability of the Legacy. They handle great on the pavement, are still quite capable offroad, and last forever. . .
November 7, 200520 yr That last one was from a couple weeks ago, the snow ones were from last Friday. All of this was done on 205/55/16 Potenza RE92's which are supposed to be horrible in the snow, but I didn't get stuck. I have Nokian RSI's in 215/60/16 that I will put on within a month which should make the Legacy even better, and a little taller in the snow.
November 10, 200520 yr Author great thread we have going here aja573 - you really got that thing turned around
November 10, 200520 yr Here's my grandpa's 93 Legacy wagon after I cleaned it up for him. A few weeks ago, he decided to do this for me as a gift : So I fixed it for him, and he got a Legacy Turbo front bumper in the process. The magnets on the side are for the company he sold, that he's now working for part-time.
November 10, 200520 yr how do I make the pic come up in the post???? here is link: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/showphoto.php?photo=8714 Matt! Can you please take that photo and post it in this thread on LegacyCentral? http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?t=14154 I'm trying to convince those fools that XT6 wheels look bad-rump roast on 1st-gen Legacies! (I have a BRAND-NEW, never-before-used set of XT6 wheels that I want to put on my Legacy when I restore it )
November 12, 200520 yr my '03 outback wagon lifted/modified! Looks very nice. Good job. Is that a user custom bumper? I like it.
November 13, 200520 yr This is the Turbowagon (also called Turbie, Turd Wagon, etc..) lol instead of Herbie the Love Bug I have Turbie the Shaggin Waggin :brow: Noticed these 5 lug bolts from legacy on this L Series, how hard was it to get it done? Is it Legacy's hub/discs etc? Cheers AP
November 13, 200520 yr Here's my Impreza (obs..) trying to be a snow plow... ended up digging a whole lot that day
