I'm clearing out all my EJ parts...

So I can get back to my roots. The EA82T.

No mistakes this time.

you won't be able to ignore the siren song of the EJ forever, you'll be back.

I'm skipping WI and going with METHANOL injection.

No studs.

well well well, about time you decided to come back. I think I've realized that the dark side of Subarus is the EA82 side. Especially turbos;)

Oh, I might have a cheap source for EA82 headstuds. I love having machinest as friends, especially when they have the heat treating connections;)

I like to think of myself as being "well-rounded"

1993 EJ22

1988 EA82

1983 EA81

haha...

I've owned a WRX, 2.5 RS, and I've had the current Legacy(96 outback wagon) thru all of them.

Plus, I get to drive STi's usually every day. Its rather boring after awhile.

I was thinking,...If you get 115hp of a turbo ea82t that had a non boosted hp output of 94hp

What if you got a ram4 engine ( yes it is an ea81) that gets a supposed 140hp with just mpfi, imagine how it would go with boost?:headbang:

Power.......140hp@5700\140lbs torque@3500

Just a thought i had

Will, good to have you back bro. Your research and part finding ability are invaluable. Plus, I knew you deep down that you couldn't give up on the EA82T!

so what are your plans for your EA82?

VF39 and 200 AWHP daily driven.

Hey Will, do you think it is possible to have 160-170 AWHP on a VF7? I have some big plans, which will also include a FMIC, larger diameter exhaust, larger injectors, etc. What do you think?
