March 9, 200917 yr I now possess 3 ea81 hatches, it's like they grow on trees. This one really is going to Australia. I had to find one to replace the silver one, which I was allowed to keep once I built it and fell in love with it. This one needs a motor, which will come from the other white hatch I have. Then that one, being rust free and all, will get its good parts yanked off and then sent to the crusher. Newest one: The motor donor:

March 10, 200917 yr There's usually a way to get a title, just depends how determined you are. With that, what would you want for it with no motor? Not stripped, just minus the motor/any parts needed for the Australia car? -Bill
March 10, 200917 yr most (all?) states have a means to re-issue a title to a car that was bought without one. Heck, I think most of the cars I've ever bought didn't have a title when I got them, and I've always gotten one before I sell it....makes cars much easier to sell. HERE is Washington's form to take to the DMV to re-issue a lost title...no prob. ~Erik~

March 10, 200917 yr Author That was me. My wife is has classes there. Cool stuff to be spotted. As for trying to license the hatch. . . Once I pull everything off of it, it won't be worth it to try to hassle with get a title for it. And as for trying to ship a bumper cover. . . March 10, 200917 yr nice find! ever since i got my xt my friend has to have a suby now! and here in florida i dont even bother in cars without titles. its such a pain to get one. you have to file for lost title and have it sent to the the last or original owner who registered it and have them sign it then give it to you to register it, and at any point in that line of people it is totaly legal for the registerd owner to go "no, give me my car back":mad:

Looks like the RX that was gonna accompany a hatch to AU has been sold out form under the guy in AU. . . 'nother note: I'll be picking up another hatch in a day or two. Yhen I'll be in possession of 4. This one is lifted with a bunch of goodies on it. I'll start a thread when it gets to my house and I can photogragh it. Cool thing is, it's THE hatch that got me into wheeling these cars in the first place. Neat stuff.

March 18, 200917 yr Author No, not a boomerang. It's the first hatch I ever saw, and it had swampers on it. Made me wanna start doing the same, the rest is history. When Jonas gets tired of it. Condition of selling it to him was that I get first dibs when it comes to selling it.
