Uh-oh: Using coolant, fouling plug.

I have a weber carb on my EA81 and always thought about doing the SPFI mod to it. I don't have any trouble with cold start ups with mine though, guess just how I got it setup. Jordan, that sucks with your luck with the EA82. Might want to look at your intake manifold gaskets just incase. You can't go wrong with an EA81 though. -
Replace your alternator first.

...and consider buying a backup vehicle. I drive my 83 BRAT everyday but when something breaks, thats why I have a 91 Legacy. Looks like he drives an EA82.

I know that it has been addressed before. Whats involved with changing over to the analog? I always find it funny when these things break. Its a 25 year old car, you would've thought this kind of stuff would have broke sooner.

If obtaining parts is an issue, you can always throw up a wanted ad in the wanted thread. I am willing to bet some people will not have a problem doing international shipping.

If doing belt buckels, I would just like one with a big Subaru symbol (New Gen).

By drive shaft I am having to assume you mean the CV axle. What comes to my mind with "drive shaft" is the shaft that runs from the back of the tranny to the differential. As for axles, MWE and Subaru axles are the ones to go with. I have made the mistake twice of using a parts store axle. For example, my Brat's left side axle knocks under acceleration and my Legacy with an axle installed in January, clicks when turned all the way toward the left. Just go to the dealership and save yourself the time, money, and trouble.

Shawn, I would like to see these pictures of these stickers. I have never heard of those before. -
I seen this at my local Subaru dealer back in the summer. I still get weak in the knees when thinking about it. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=78576

We quit getting them in 87 but 85 was the best year to get one. Still had the seats and had hydraulic lifters.

The price for our Brat's is greatly inflated, still love to see some pics of it. From what I know about the Australian auto market, you people value your "utes".

Differential Mount a carrier bearing for the two piece drive shaft. I believe the trailing arms are different. 2-Axles Don't know about an EA82, but might have to alter cluster to illuminate the 4WD light. This is just off the top of my head. If you want to do it Jordan, more power to you. I'm rooting for ya.

Just did a full cooling system flush on mine so I am good on heat. -The autozone axle is about to kick the bucket. -Tranny should be replaced this summer along with clutch, judders when letting out on it. Its all or nothing with it. -Windshield is cracked and is needing a new gasket like crazy. -Stuck jump seat belt -Tailgate is trash

stumped... new ea82 overheats

Not sure if I am understanding you right or not. Is your radiator fins free of obstructions since you have been rallying it? And are you 100% sure your fans are working? -

Under what conditions is it overheating? -
Just to throw this out there. Have you checked your intake manifold gaskets? They cause some crazy motor issues when they go out.
