  1. No problems with BBQs. Just no open fires during the Summer season.
  2. You'll want food for Friday night and Sunday a.m.
  3. We had an idea. Caravans of 10 or more Subarus will be given a group discount. The entry fee at the gate for Caravans of 10 or more will be the same as the pre-registration cost: $11:00. So get to caravanin'.
  4. He's saying he's already got the struts, now needs to know what springs to use. I think your stock ones would work fine. We've put 40 k on the KYBs (GR2) in the rear of our L, I've done 10 or more Rally Xs with it, they're still fine. I'm with Jamie though, something a little stiffer might be nice, the courses tend to be kinda bumpy in spots. Like you just found that out.
  5. You should have thought to give your input a few months ago, not a week before the show.
  6. Just added a Mom and Pop and daughter Mexican food vendor. They'll make a Mexican style breakfast and tacos and burritos all Saturday. We will also have meals served in the kitchen, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Satruday. The Purple Cow is the esspresso stand. Most grandest, you'll see.
  7. Well, almost 90.
  8. I can't see you at 90 degrees in your Soob, you don't have the cajones. I've got video of me doing it. The way to keep it from dying at angles with a carb is to develope new skills. Like using your right foot to hold the brake and keep the gas on a little while your left foot holds or slips the clutch a little.
  9. It's an 85, my favorite year. (after 82 lol) 3/4 inches of lift and 27s will do me just fine. Always has, see my sig.
  10. It'll help keep sifting thru posts at a minimum. Thanks.
  11. You see those frame rails???? The botom of it, the wheel wells, door sills, body and more are 99.5% rust free. Needs a windshield and seats. Anybody have an extra set of decent Legacy seats laying around? It runs sweet. Hasn't been tabbed since 97! * Irregardless, there's lotsa miles on the ODO. I think I'll call this one "Decoy". * lol@CorkyandQman.edu
  12. There are camber adjustments in the rear just below the rear diff. The front ones are on the bottom of the struts.
  13. It'll get the usual. Lift, tires, weber. Couldn't help myself. 4 bills. Probably a keeper.
  14. Safe trip Mick. Looking forward to baby sitting.

    Best way to go.
  16. I'm was going thru my post in the Meet and Greet and noticed that most all of the people responding are owners of olld gen rides. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=39174 Bring your Legacys, bring your Foresters. (big chance to paly with them on forest roads. . . It'll be a good time.
  17. LOL. Kinda like sitting at the bus stop and repeatedly checking the schedule. You ain't getting on the bus till the bus gets there. No seriously, we're not sure yet. I'll be headed down this weekend to check out the condition of the offroad section. They've recently had a 4X4 show that supposedly tore it up pretty good. (there are 50-70 miles of trails of various types connected to the fairgrounds.)
  18. We'll most likely be up late. Your idea of stopping in, taking care of business and then heading to Port Orchard sounds like a good idea. You'll get a better chance of choosing your neighbors. The fairgrounds are literally 30 seconds from 101.
  19. Please speak up if you intend to show up, it will help us to be better prepared if we have an idea of how many folks will attend. Please stay on topic. Appreciated. EZ I'll be there with both of our imprezas.
  20. I have a pretty sweet book on camping sites and stuff that I'll hand ya when you get here. Personal recommendations as to where to hike? My idea of hiking is "being able to see my car from where I hike to". lol
  21. Truck floor mats. They kill road noise, protect the wiring, and are easy to pull out and clean. Fred Meyer, Schucks, and Wallmart are good places to get them.
  22. I think that rocks! I think it totally out weighs the fact that Chux blew a couple of axles. For the record, we blew up a stub axle in the rear of Ken's Brat when we hit the Rubicon. (Ken has a BYB kit)
  23. You guys should try to get there in the mid to late afternoon. Nothings gonna be available till Ken and I get there to begin setting things up. I'm aiming for early afternoon.
  24. Friday we signed on a portable espresso stand/RV. We'll have caffeine from Friday evening till Sunday a.m.
