I don't know in USA, but here is not very expensive to use a good, Acrylic based paint that doesn't require a clear coat. I've seen photos of nice-looking cars, painted with Rustoleum; but such paint has Synthetic base, and its shine fades fast; so I suggest you to use any Acrylic based paint that you could afford. Remember: you can't mix Acrylic with Synthetic nor Urethane based paints, or the finish will get Damaged. Kind Regards.

What Have I Done to my Soobie lately? Mistakenly, I Cracked the Windshield! I opened the Hood to check for a Loose battery post connection, without noticing that my Little Daughter, left a small Plastic toy hiding on the opening at the Windshield's base, behind the Hood; so, when I opened the Hood, I heard a loud "CRACK!" sound, and saw that the Hood pressed the plastic toy against the Windshield's base... Why not making them 4X114.3? Such size is plenty of factory Wheels with much better offset. I run my Subie with Redrilled 4X114.3 hubs since 1996. Kind Regards.

Thank you for your kind words; the Ford Tempo coil springs were intended for the EA82 platform, not for the EA81, I bet that the Brat is lighter than the Loyale; however, if you obtained brand new coil springs, those are too stiff for the application, even for the EA82; I got a pair of used ones and never had to cut an inch from them, but in a EA82. I forgot to mention, that the extra inch you see on your measuring tape, is for the Tire's lip to seat & seal, but you must read the Tire: it states that is 13" Kind Regards.

The answer is No. You can not put safely a 14" tire on a 13" rim. The Rims you have are 13" so, you'll need to find another rims in 4X140 Lug Pattern, that have 14" in order to use those Tires; such like Peugeot Rims; or you can find 14" rims with the 6X139 lug pattern, and Redrill your Hubs to six lugs; using the procedure stated at the USRM. There are other options as well, but those two are the most easy / common. Kind Regards.
