87 gl-10 rear brake upgrade
Now I understand. (But I never used Nissan Rears) The Legacy Master Cylinder is 15/16" isn't it? If so, the Proportioning valve could bear the flow, appropriately. Going further bigger, might require a bigger proportioning valve as well. Kind Regards.

Replacement Car Seat
The answer was written above: I bet that the Spacers must be done with piece of Tubing, similar than the ones used to drop the engine's crossmember on lift kits. Kind Regards.

EA82 timing belt change.
20,000 Kilometers seems reasonable to re-use them, if they pass your "Visual inspection" you know, if they has no tears nor wear beyond normal usage; the tensioners and idlers from that car might be alright, you need to check everything carefully, and use your common sense prior to make a decision. Kind Regards.

87 gl-10 rear brake upgrade
I kindly suggest to "Upgrade" the front brakes as well, otherwise you'll Lost the Balance, and the rears might Lock easily; and that will need a Master Cylinder upgrade as well, because the 13/16" bore one will go to the Floor without providing enough clamping pressure at the Calipers. In my case, the "Upgrade" I did, was to use another (Slightly Bigger) Calipers in my Subaru Rear Discs, in order to have rear Parking Brake, that let me keep everything else, stock. More information about that, here: ~► http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/129779-the-definitive-rear-e-brake-retrofit-solution/ Kind Regards.

Wheels and Tires question
A 15" tire will fit a 15" rim ... ... a 225/70 R15 tire has around 27.4" diameter. According to this: ~► https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc Website. So yes, they're under 29" ... Kind Regards.

No fuel !?
Try this suggestion, first: If the Fuel pump runs with direct wiring from the Battery, the problem might be a Blown fuse. If the Pump doesn't run, check if the wiring is receiving Power, which is only the first seconds after placing the switch at "ON" position. Remember that the fuel pump doesn't run forever in "ON" position, only few seconds and then Quits; waiting for the signal of the running engine, to continue pumping. Kind Regards.

I agree with that, in fact, I've changed the mere Bearings, even on the A/C belt's tensioner pulley. Kind Regards.

Where Do These Seals Go?
Long years ago, I obtained an Original seal kit for the EA82 at the Local (defunct) Subaru Dealer, and I saved the list included in the Box, which I share here with you, for comparison purposes only, it has each part's Number as well, which might be useful: Kind Regards.

2 oil pan drain plugs?
I'm not completely sure about the Situation, but maybe it was something from the inside that punched out a Hole on the oil pan? ... ... So, I kindly suggest you to take a couple of Photos of it and share 'em here with us, in order to provide better advice. As for the cork gasket troubles, I've been using Mega Grey / Ultra Grey silicones without any gasket there, and it works Awesome to seal the oil pan easily, and on a long lasting way. Kind Regards.
