  1. "As others have stated, use an old one and not the thankgiving baster!" I read on the internet that turkey fat actually prolongs the life of the ps fluid.
  2. Sorry! an unexpected error has occurred. This error has been forwarded to MySpace's technical group
  3. Do you have bigger pictures of the shirts? I don't understand the one that says "I w s her".
  4. Wait, wait. The idea I'm getting from this thread is routine maintenance could save money and heartache in the long run? Strange concept. I'm just going to keep running my car only two quarts low, and see what happens.
  5. This is just beautiful... http://www.ausubaru.com/forum/showpost.php?p=92074&postcount=56
  6. If you are mounting a tank of propane on the rear bumper, make sure no one rear ends you.
  7. It could have been worse... http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1534843

  9. A "test drive" with the potential buyer in the passenger's seat works. If they're serious about buying a nice Brat, they should understand.

  11. I don't know if this is the same Memory Lane that's here in Portland too, but... http://www.memorylaneappraisals.com/Contact.html It might not be a "classic", but I think it qualifies as a collector vehicle. $250 is kinda expensive.
  12. So you like dogs and hippie music? You have chosen your new home wisely.
  13. Looking like the mongoloid love child of a Milk Dud and a Mazda. It's what makes a Subaru, a Subaru.
  14. The most important modification is something that will help you find that car in a Portland parking lot. Maybe put a Yakima rack on it. Seriously, there are probably a dozen with that color combo in my neighborhood.
  15. So, with proper maintenance and normal driving conditions, it will most likely last the life of the car. Well, that's great for the wallet, but my heart wants a 5MT. I just had the ATF changed when Wentworth fixed a recall that had never been addressed. The park rod lever is the part that was recalled, whatever that is.
  16. I'm at 95,000 right now. My 95 Legacy had 118,000 when I totaled it. So, who knows what the highest mileage 4EAT trans is out there without a rebuild?
  17. "No one should belive something just because they read that it worked, or that it worked in the little world inside their head." Wait, so I can't fit 44" Boggers on a EA82 wagon?
  18. Whoa! What kind of tires do you have to be able to climb a 90 degree incline? Now that's traction!:-p
  19. Do you have a price decided yet? Just a rough idea so I can start trying to save some money. I'm curious to see the final product...
  20. What do you need a laptop in your car for? Is it for work? Just curious.
  21. Grade 8 bolts. Stainless steel if you like shiny things.
  22. Put it back on the trailer, and take it to the junkyard. You don't want to drive a vehicle that isn't structurally sound.
