Again still having lack of heat problems. Question, if the blend doors arent closeing could that result in a mild heat flow. Also there doesnt seem to be air flowing out of some of the vents on the dashboard. Only one in the middle seems to flow and the driver side spews alittle. Just curious if anyone has run into this before.

Fuses replaced, heat works now. All is well and merry christmas.

The more and more i see those generation of wagons the more i want one. I found out why my heat isnt working today. Blew fuses due to the alternator voltage regulator not working. At least it wasnt to serious.

Alternator has crapped out, Heat has crapped out.

You need more engine. EJ It.

I was gonna say, i can just solve this problem buy you letting me put it in my wagon and its all said and done.

Where should i start. Im not getting anything, power to any function. Nothing in the blower motor is responding. And the blower motor is fairly recent.

NOt related and probally deleted, but i think your nuts. I did the daily commute in a car that wasnt the best. It stunk, give me a decent legacy or outback any day.

Is there a chance you might of lost some when you upgraded your exhaust. I noticed on some of my vehicles when i open up the exhaust i lose low end grunt but gain more in the higher rpms.

I duno, i would thing griz would be more of a a wheeler with the lift and heavy agressive tires. I would weld it and pull an axle out. Or are you wanting maximum snow traction. Just to many variables to go wrong with driveing it all the time around here.

I find this threat interesting since ive just been given an lt1. So your sayin a mid engine lt1 on a muncie 4 speed hook up directly to a ford 9 wouldnt work. I kinds figured the weight would be handled better in the middle of the car. Of course you would need to beef up the underside.

Started it, needs a new alt bad. I dont think ill drive it very far.

Its been a long spring, summer, and fall. I kind of figured since the Iowa boys havent gotten together this spring, summer, fall, winter at the same time I would try to have a get to gather. It can be at a restaurant or my place if you wish. Its welcome to pretty much anyone who wants to make the trip. Its getting into the holiday season so i know peoples time is getting filled up. I hardly drive the car anymore but if i do this i think ill do the maxima upgrade. Though i cant find them on RockAuto cheep anymore.

I think i know the problem anyways but i figured id ask since ihavent really been on here in months. While driveing last night i noticed the higher the rpms got the brighter all the lights got. When the rpms went down as i shifted they dimmed. Pretty sure that would be the voltage regulator in the alternator right. 88DL Fuel Injected

I have heard this. But i have a DL so i have sealed beam units. Mine lasted 5 years.

Replaced the Burnt Out Sylvania Silverstars with Sylvania Extravison or something like that. Tried to get the check engine light to work but its a no go. So if i want to see what codes its throwing i need to have the computer scanned.
