I have an STi intercooler set up on it's way. So that's the next addition. I'll post up some pics when I get it installed.
  6. Looks great. You do awesome work. I did the same with my wiring harness, I used the factory Subaru removable zip ties to hold it on top of the radiator.
  7. Looks very similar to the radiator support on mine!!! Great work
  8. Looks awesome!! Great job, now you gotta cap them rear quarters off!!

    Thank you!!
  10. Great job!! Brings back memories of when I was doing this kind of stuff to my Brat. Don't you just love the rust belt:rolleyes: Great job!!! Now make sure you oil it from the top and bottom before winter!!! I usually take out the screws for the plastic trim on the top side of the rocker and give it a good squirt of oil.

Picked up a down pipe on Sunday, and I'm now stage 2!! It's awesome!!
  12. Looks great!! I did the same thing to my rear quarters!! I love the wheeler tires!!
  13. Welcome ReZDoG! Sounds like you found your answer, I think it's just switching over some wires/sensors. I've done this before, just can't remember 100%!!
  14. Someone near me has an original Subaru plow package hooked up to the front of a lifted Legacy
  15. Well I'm sticking to repacking them. I went through 3 sets of the sealed ones before I opened them up. I found very little grease. I cleaned them and packed them as I have with the normal ones, and have put many miles on them without any issues!! I also have a friend that started using them after this. He has put even more miles on his without any issues. I understand the whole thing where the grease needs room to expand because of the heat, but in this case I found otherwise with proven results. And just so you know GD, I fully respect you and what you have to say, You definitely know a great deal and have helped a lot!! I'm just goin off what I have found.
  16. On the sealed ones I used, I decided to check to see what was in them for grease. I popped the seal open and there was VERY little grease!!! I packed them, popped the seals in and called it good. I don't think I put any grease in between though. And they have been good for a couple years now.
  17. This kind of stuff has been done. I know that someone has even put one into an Impreza. Might try the search function and see if it brings anything up for ya. Good luck!!
  18. So I would assume that you can do cams for any Subaru engine? Even a 2.5 turbo?
  19. Hmmm, I have rear discs on my Brat and the fronts still lock up before the rears. I did not use the proportioning valve. I guess I just got lucky again.
  20. Don't you also make other goodies:grin: My power steering bracket worked out awesome!! Bill is great to deal with and makes sure his stuff will work on your car!!

So a new addition..... I was going to do an opensource tune, but this was easier. I would have had to have someone come do the open source tune for me, but this I can do by myself. I have already installed the stage 1 tune, and man what a difference!! Pulls a lot harder, and its much smoother. I just have to get a down pipe and then I can go stage 2!! Can't wait
  22. How bout some pics of this project!!
  23. Looks awesome, so clean. And again. I'm jealous!!! Can't wait to see it done!
  24. Nice wagon!! How bad is the rust? And where is it?
