  1. Sweet, my kit just arrived. Here's a pic. (click for much larger version)
  2. I'm glad it looks like they're going to be getting some money back out of a painful ordeal. It's not their fault that the car was stolen, or that people are willing to bid it up more than it's worth. They do seem to have a really strange taste in music though. http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedbackFromSellers&userid=zachmalm&items=-1&item=-1&de=off
  3. For the price we ended up paying, I'm certainly not complaining. Thanks for keeping us up to date.
  4. I was just quoted $400 mounted for the TSL Radial TSL 215/85/15 locally. SummitRacing.com showed them at 380.00 shipped.
  5. Wow, choosing to lift your only car is kind of risky. You never know what the ride is going to be like after the lift is installed. It'd be a good idea to have something to fall back on just in case. :-\ Just a thought. I'm sure others have no problems with lifted rigs as their daily drivers.
  6. Yeah I noticed it was an SVX as soon as I tuned in. I'm sure it's a total write off after that chase. I tried starting a thread about it when I first saw it on TV, but it's still waiting for approval in Off Topic.
  7. I pulled my father in law's 85 3/4 ton Chevy out of the much with my old 84 wagon once. I had to put a new clutch in it right after that though.
  8. That's the size I'm going to be running on my wagon once the ea81 lift arrives. Cant' wait to see what sort of grinding/triming I have to do.
  9. Just checking in again to see how the ea81 kits are doing.
  10. I'll host them. Send the pics to: spanky_pete /at/ twistednipple.com
  11. Sweet Sorry that it worked out that way for ya though.
  12. Ok, put me down for a ea81 standard kit for a '82 Wagon, no PS no AC. Send me a pm with a final price with shipping to 98533.
  13. I sent you a reply, there was no pic attached to your email.
  14. So, if I was to jump on board with this, how many confirmed buyers will that make? Just want to know which pricing bracket I'm looking at.
  15. Mine are like that too, I'd say that's where they hung them when they were powdercoated.
  16. Won't have a chance to mount tires on them for a few weeks. They look pretty good, some of the welds where the centers were attached to the rim are a bit lumpy. Hopefully it doesn't hurt their balance. Well worth the price paid.
  17. Still waiting for the pics of the ea81 kits. You can send them to spanky_pete (at) twistednipple.com and I'll put them up here for you too. As soon as my wheels arrive, I'll make a final decision about jumping on board with this group buy.
