  1. gonna have to second the spare quart of oil (or two or three..) if your soob is anything like the rest you'll have some oil drips in the driveway like... today
  2. I was wondering how xt6 wheels would look on a new gen. guys over at legacycentral laughed at me. props!
  3. find an old mercedes 300 turbodeisel, or maybe a volvo turbodeisel...
  4. archemitis, I've had people ask if mine was a prelude ditto for fiero
  5. I also must sing praise for the xt6. I had one for a while, and practically lived in it... if you drive this car.. you might not want to drive other cars for a while, as the ride is great, the torque is great, and the car is just all around great. it gets a tad cramped though if you stuff 5 people into it
  6. That BMB wheel looks to me (from memory) to be the exact same as the wheel on my dad's audi 80 coupe... I'll check.. edit: bad angle of different car, but.... http://www.gtcoupe.se/bilder/galleri/Loov_4.jpg edit2: better angle, better pic: http://www.nordicaudi.com/arkivet/broschyrer/bilder/tillbehor_88/tillbehor_88_02.jpg edit3: tirerack.com lists bolt pattern as 4x108 for the audi my dad has, if I'm remembering the model correctly (either 1988 80 quattro, or 90 quattro)
  7. check out this suba-boat that went for good money on ebay! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=26434&item=4531121858&rd=1
  8. I'd suggest getting a legacy wagon with : 2.2 liter EJ22 NON-INTERFERENCE engine (don't want your engine to break if the timing belts fail...) 5 speed dual range transmission (lucky euro market...) and well, that's about it, you should be able to rage it!
  9. if you pushed it out and drove it away after practically totalling it, your insurance company probably won't give you money, and you might even be looking at tickets if the police find you
  10. I might also add that it's $15 because I get a discount now (of $5 for PS fluid)
  11. you don't need to buy a wheel with an adapter. it is certainly an option to buy a wheel and then an adapter later. I bought the wheel because I thought it was a really good deal.. I'm gonna buy an adapter later.
  12. based on what I've found, you can get an adapter for about $60.. coupled with my $40 steering wheel that's still more than $100 less than just a MOMO wheel w/o adapter
  13. what's $40 canadian work out to in USD? I can get bottles of cybrid fluid for $15 at my local dealer
  14. it worked. I forgot to tell you to take out the spaces... it's my anti-spam-list-signup protection
  15. I need a carfax run on 4s3bd6756t7204122 ASAP! plz send results to : d e r t o w (AT) m i n i x . n a i l e d . o r g thanks in advance for any help!
  16. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7952455174 I bought that steering wheel. it's exactly the same as WJM's but has a cool bride logo instead of the STi logo... and it was only $16 :-p
  17. with regards to the PS pump brushes, and some people here may disagree with me, but I have proven it to work fine.... to get the brushes all you need to do is go to a good electrical store, or an auto parts store that's not a chain store. I went to "Scanlon's Auto Parts" which is a kinda independent place that also sells napa stuff, and brought my old brushes. the very helpful fella there took the brushes in the back, and came out with a set the exact same size, except I didn't know the length they needed to be. took some medium length ones that were about 2-3 times longer than my worn down one, brought it home, and just had to file it a little to make it work, and the PS pump functions the same as with brand new subaru brushes which I've also used
  18. yeah man.. those PS pumps.. . love/hate relationship there.. I just sold all the cybrid fluid I had unfortunetly, otherwise I'd hook a brother up
  19. might want to check out www.xt6.net there's a humongous wealth of knowledge there, and they have FSM's too... (I've got one at the house, at work now)
