  1. real easy to do ,i did mine ,got out 7 qts, on a 88 turbo a/t full time 4wd wagon , drained it into a dain pan , poured it into a 5qt jug + 2 qt into another jug, , then i knew how much to put back in, i used napa brand
  2. my 86 spfi fwd a/t sedan had 85,000mi when i sold it , and yes they made spfi in 86 only in fwd a/t sedans
  3. same here replaced 02 with after market , the oem in there looked bad but no codes , mpg went down 1-2 mpg , so i think i am going to put old oem back in

  5. vinyl , tan or cream color , i will asked the guy who called me first if he wants them and get back with you , shipping would be high + i have to dig them out , if i remember both are in very good shape
  6. a guy called me today asking about seats , and if i had any for the brat , i think i have ea81 seats above the garage some where ,but he was asking for blue of course ,and i have tan , i have aleast 2 sets of blue ea82s ,thanks again for the info
  7. will ea82 front seats work in a brat ? [ passanger + drivers side] or can you just change the bottom rails ?
  8. i had to pry mine out and broke the inner part off ,had to replace the oil pump , 82 bucks
  9. do not think so , i do not drink and drive, then get your parts from perry's in lima, open-mon-fri, prices are very high , they work on cash only, [ northwet can tell you i do not drink and drive]
  10. no they were not church clothes , i was at a family gathering labor day , i know better than to wear nice jeans while working on cars + had to go to wapakoneta , later in the day , it seemed like you and freddie had everything under control , remember i charge for using my driveway ,i think it would look cool it you painted , TURBO PIZZA MAN on the side+ i did not know when you were coming back to work on it , i work 55-60 hrs a week ,soooo a long weekend is nice to do something with the family and not work on cars , which i did part of the weekend ,if the part was to rusty then why put it on ? you were lucky that there was a part here , + the other part ,
  11. reason for not getting dirty was i had my good cloths on , hey turbo PIZZA MAN ,did the brake pedal get any stiffer

  13. need vacuum line size on spfi or turbo , i would like to replace all vacuum lines on my 88 spfi d/r wagon + on my 88 turbo a/t full time 4wd wagon, i think like 3/16 any other sizes ? thanks
  14. it came from a salt state, may not have a spare
  15. i am using amsoil 10-w 30 and it gave me 5-10 more pounds of oil pressure
  16. sure would be great to get 37 mpg on my a/t turbo full time 88 wagon ,:cool:

  19. ok, so how much can i drain out from the pan ,by just removing the drain plug ? it does not leak or drip , or should i remove the pan and clean out the screan , also use redline
