  5. Day one of Rally NY is done. I had a chance to talk with Keith and check out the car that he and his dad had entered. Last I saw of them tonight, they were at the SS @ Monticello Raceway. I will be going AGAIN tomorrow, and I of course will be taking pictures To anyone in the area who was thinking of going to this, the weather is going to be beautiful and you NEED TO COME!!!! Kevin
  6. Nice coversation we have going here On a side note, I saw a 88-94 Subaru tonight with huge lights bolted on the roof. You were parked behind me a ways, in the pitch dark, sitting without lights on or anything. I saw you. Regardless of Subaru or not, dude, don't do that...that is really wierd ok? If I hadn't just finished working a 12 hour day between two jobs I may have walked up to you, but truthfully, I wasn't in the mood. Sorry.
  7. what paper are you talking about? Are you talking about the Rally-X a couple weeks ago or RallyNY this weekend? The one this weekend is definately NOT a RallyX. It is a full fledged rally with stages and everything...last I heard over 60 cars were entered. Glad to hear you have one of the 360's, if you ever decide to sell it you better PM me so I can check it out! Kevin
  8. You still have those 360's to show off? Remember, RallyNY is Friday and Saturday!! Come on, you know you want to go:)
  9. So there are over 450 registered NY'ers here on this board. Much to my surprise, 90% of them have 0-3 posts!!! I found about 5-6 people in my immediate area (meaning within 5 minutes), have 0-2 posts, and all seem to have joined between December and January (and haven't posted since). I am just in awe that there are so many NY people here ,and even quite a few here in the Hudson Valley that rarely/never post! Anyhow, quite hiding and start posting! Wussies....
  10. Model, Year, Transmission, ect may help people tell you how to remove it
  11. hmmmm, sounds just like my car:confused: I thought it was me.... I will be watching this thread like a hawk! Kevin
  12. There was a motor that raised/lowered the emblem flap, and I believe it was operated by an independent switch.
  13. chilly b, thanks a bunch. I live 3 hour away from my ex girlfriend, and where does my old hunter green Impreza end up? Yep, within a 20 mile radius of her right outside Boston. Its pretty unique with the bronze painted Forester steelies and hard to miss. Geeze, what if she passes it everyday or something:lol:
  14. Hey chilly b, Could you run one for JF1GC6359SH518456 please. I don't need it sent to me, but I am curious to know what it has listed for most recent location of registration. You can post here or PM me, thanks
  15. oh crap, you already fixed it. Well, for anyone else that has this problem, try my temp solution
  16. before you spend $$/time fixing it, try tilting the gas pump to something like 7-8 o'clock while you are pumping. Kevin
  17. Sounds great, I'll definately keep my eyes open for you! As for Black River, I have no idea...I hope it happens though:lol: Bumpin it up once more...
  18. You can also use 2002-2004 WRX front and rear seats. I have seen 97+ newer hoods (scoop and vents) used on 93-96 Imprezas, but the hood overhangs a little. The cleanest route is getting the grille and headlights with it. Kevin
  19. By the way, 2x4 lumber is 2x4...WET. After it is dried it looses the water and shrinks. Random fact
  20. While we're on the subject of Border Patrol, as of January 1st 2006, you will need an passport to enter/leave Canada.
