  1. Yeah, that is definately the selling point for the car! Did you ever notice that something was different when you pressed the skinny pedal? Seriously...was this a used car dealer or a Subaru dealer? Does your engine bay look like this?
  2. I'm not bustin' your chops or anything, but you had no idea you bought a turbo?
  3. If its jsut sitting there, yeah, the title is probably in the car for someone. The key is either in a magnetic box somewhere or you just have to use a brick and smash the window (is it vandalism since it appears to be literally abandoned?) My guess is that it got lost in the system when the IRS made it harder to donate cars as of midnight on New Years Eve. Oh yeah, and if you do take it, at least donate a little $$ to the ACS
  4. RallyLights.com
  5. My insurance company, USAA, covers airbag deployment for any reason whatsoever. There is no fine print in the policy regarding this situation. Additionally, the SRS system needs to be inspected every 10 years as per SOA (I believe it's in the owners manual), but who does that, lol
  6. IMO, the Legacy line should have been renamed the "Liberty" just as it is in many other parts of the world. The 05 redesign would have been a perfect time to do so, and the name itself might have attracted some American customers (Ford and Chevy people) that wouldn't normally look at a Japanese car company.
  7. yes, justys were available with 4wd
  8. that is amazing!!! are they even close to rubbing or anything?
  9. changing the front and rear differential fluids is a cakewalk...I will try to describe in depth soon if someone doesn't beat me to it. Kevin
  10. It might be a tank but it's not what the masses want.....bigger is better, duh! What kind of American are you? ;) (joking, kidding, messing around with ya...don't take offense!) Kevin
  11. water in the scoop will not hurt anything unless you stick a cone filter right behind the scoop and drive in a storm. same with intercoolers....you can get them wet in the rain, carwash, ect, ect and your car wont die. Kevin
  12. EA designation is stamped on the engine. Looking down below the manifold on the passenger side by the timing belt cover is where you will find it on the newer engines. BTW, EA81 is a pushrod engine Kevin
  13. I've put 13.02 in my tank before (13.20) gallon tank. The light did NOT come on. I reset the odometer and drive 300 miles
  14. Are you pressing the brake down all the way? If you press the brake and don't hear a "click" (or do) coming by the gearshift, then read the owners manual for a description of how to manually override the shift interlock switch. Good luck! Kevin
  15. Sounds about right to me, but I am sure I don't have to tell you that private sales usually have some room to move cheaper
  16. that whip is off da' h00k! seriously though, it looks great
