this is exactly what you are looking for....no FM transmitter and YOU can make it after a quick trip to Radio Shack Eventhough it is written for an XT it should also work for you....read and then decide if it's worth it. iPod Solution That being said, I use a McAlly FM Transmitter for my iPod (aftermarket CD player/radio)

For the past 4 times I have changed my oil I have used the $14 rebate form. I get 5 quarts of MaxLife and 1 Purlator PL14460. It seems like decent oil, and the price is right -

what is the estimated round trip mileage? -
CardinaA: Syracuse made my 1995 Impreza start to rust as well. I lived there the past two years and have cancer spots on the rear wheel wells as well. They use so much salt in the "Salt City" its insane! There were times my car would be white with a hint of green. That rubber "protective strip" is definately the problem...it trapped all sorts of crap under it and just started eatin' away!!! I meanm it's not like my car is going to rust apart, but it's still rust. Now my girlfriends 91 Camry...wow, Syracuse made it get more cancer than the Marlboro man!

Does it do it every time you start it or just sometimes? If it does it all the time, did it ever just do it sometimes before progressing into a worse condition? Do you ever start it smoothly, drive somewhere, shut car off for 10 minutes or so, then have it clunk upon restart? This is very interesting.

Hey all I finally have time today and I really need to change my front differential oil (95 Impreza AWD automatic). I did some searching and am getting different results on if a crush washer is used on the differential drain plug. The owners manual says to use one, scooby mods doesn't say, and an old thread on here said that a non-crush washer was used from the factory. So the question of the day: Is a crush washer used on the front differential drain plug, and if so, what size! Thank you for your speedy responses! Kevin

My guess would be that the linkage joint between the motor and the wiper linkage is broken. I believe the motor is on the passenger side firewall and you would be able to check there first of all. The black plastic tray at the bottom of the windshield can be pulled out with some grunt (usually) and that is how you can access the linkage assembly. Good luck! Kevin

For starters, you can't be getting horrible mileage with a 1.6L engine! I'm curious as to what you are currently getting. I'm pretty sure yours is FWDand it and not AWD...can you confirm? I did some research and found that you should be getting an average of about 8.2l/per 100km which translates into approx 31mpg. A low for you should be around 23mpg and a high of about 36mpg! Kevin
