yeah around here there are alot of fun places to go and do some rallying and i bought it for the 4x4 traction in the snow and ice so maybe i will lower it idk i havent seen alot of lifter first gen wagons though

did some more little stuff today like breath new life into the old emblems also gave the c channel bumper some paint

i know isnt it? it makes me want to lower my goon but that would totally defeat the point of having a 4x4 lol

just goes to show that just because the paint is dull doesnt mean its done for a few hours work and aside from the deep scratches and rust spots the paint looks brand new

which is why when i paint my chevy and my datsun im going the rustolium route single stage enamal i can buff it to my hearts content and it will be as tough as nails and its really cheap every time i do something to my goon it makes me even happier that i bought it i just filled it up today and im going to find out what my best mpg is driving this thing like a grandma lol

had a gorgeous day here in LaPine 65 degrees and sunny so i decided to get some ************ done wash polish wax clean the windows and fresh paint on the wheels to get rid of the crappy black paint i had done earlier note the reflection not bad for 30+ year old paint new wheel paint gunmetal grey

dgva is automatic choke dgv is manual choke if it doesnt start with dg it isnt a downdraft carb thats about all i know

i could think of a use for a door like that lol and i know what you mean about the offset even newer subi wheels wont clear in the back its annoying

go for it parts are dirt cheap for the first gen stuff it cost me a dollar more to fix my brake issue then to buy a bottle of brake fluid and come on how cool is this

i was just looking at the head pics you have posted are you sure they wont bolt to a 1600? the holes for the studs look to line up by putting those heads on a 1600 not only do toy get more displacement but you still have the exhaust ports where you need them
