  1. Try roobuilders (CCR) for prices. You might be happy you did after you buy a questionable one at the junkyard and spend $ and time on a kit.
  2. Have you tried sending compressed air or something thru the fuel line to see if theres a nasty clog somewhere preventing fuel from moving? I think the pump has a pressure switch in it and if it has resistance it won't send fuel/engage.
  3. I believe the wiggle plug should be toward the rear of the car on an ea82 and the wiggle plug should be at the top on an ea81 carb model and ea81T(turbo) models are treated the same as ea82 models.
  4. There was a 4wd Automatic Sedan with ea81 engine. Fairly rare though.
  5. Yep, you fill the differential thru that hole.
  6. Might be smart to just buy the whole estate and move.
  7. Im not aware of that article.....I think theres a lot of wheel info from the old USRM left to be transfered to the new USRM though. I don't think there is a definite way to put flat spoke jackmans on an 80's Subaru. They work fine on the rear drum brakes but the fronts dont like them.
  8. Subaru Pink Martini Calendar! That'd be great! I might be convinced to make calendars......
  9. I can't wait for the day I go buy a brand new AWD Subaru and take its Virginity. Im going to drive it thru a snowdrift and then make love in the darn thing, all in the same day....in the heated seats. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  10. EA82 Trannys use the 1" clutch in my experience.
  11. Ebay or half.com....parts store when they are on sale is nice because you dont have to pay shipping but book rate shipping is usually very reasonable if you find the right seller online. Public Libraries sometimes have a copy, thats free for 2-3 weeks at most of them.
  12. Looks like fun! Thanks for posting the pictures!
  13. Wow that is really sharp. Spider intake will not work with the ea81T right?? Shawn
  14. Sounds like the water spray knocked a vac line off.
  15. Mine look slightly different on my 83 Wagon and the spare one I have from the 84 coupe but they still have the LED light.
  16. Can you find a picture? If you dont have one of YOUR vehicle: Up at the top hit the photos button and then go into the various folders and look for a car that is like yours. Chances are pretty good theres a configuration that is close. Then just right click on the picture, say properties, then copy the link, come back and paste it into a new post or edit your old post.
  17. Let it idle and the ECS light stay on and then look at the brain box under the dash for trouble codes?
  18. Please try using the Private Message feature of the board.
  19. For 1984 model year they considered the Turbo Coupe and Wagon to be GL-10 models. This was the only way you could get an 84 4wd Gl-10. In 83 this was not the case.
