  1. Answer: Washington and Oregon.
  2. There is a fair share of piecing in and welding that happens here, but regretably the truth is that we generally run them until they fall apart - I mean that quite literally - and then go buy another soob and run it until all that's left are the wheels. There are plenty of rust buckets here.
  3. It would probably be cheaper to just go pull another one from the j/y.
  4. Auto tranny or manual on the SVX? How much are you asking? Miles? Problems?
  5. Welcome to the board. You might want to get together with the East Coast guys(usually in N.J. or PA) or the midwest meet (Iowa, I believe)or even the alliance group (in Indianna).
  6. There is a lot of beach access.
  7. Excellent perfect! Shipping to 99567.
  8. Paul, you're always welcome at my place, and even though I can't front the airline tickets, I'll feed you salmon until it falls out of your ears. The crab legs will have to be in season, though.
  9. If you still have the inside door trim that runs up the back of the door pillar, I'd pay you for that (both sides). Shoot me a price.
  10. You could always just bump it. I went away for 2 days and there were 200+ posts in that time. Then I went away for 36 hours and there were 185 posts. The poblem that you cite is that the board has experienced tremendous growth in the past year and a half, jumping from under 2,000 members then to its present number. We could break it down farther to spread out the posts, but we'd have the same problem again in another year. My .02
  11. Welcome to the board. Jump in, wade around the site and start asking questions/give responses. We're quite friendly here.
  12. Hey! Have you been talking to ED? I thought I told him to keep that quiet.
  13. Kelly, I'll swap you a really nice stainless steel coffee mug for a sticker.
  14. Sorry I couldn't break away from the wrestling meet to join in the fun. We did take the state tournament though.

There's a good tire write-up in the archive. Check it out.
  16. "Your wife fixed your car. Ha, ha," said Nelson. (Glad it was an easy fix.)
  17. You might talk with lpgbrumby directly about this.
  18. Welcome to the board. Use the search function to explore the archives for any subaru-related question you might have. There is a wealth of information here already.
  19. If the body is good, sit on it and wait for a motor to pop up, or look at a JDM.
  20. Look at the end of the exhaust for telltale signs of unspent fuel (excessive soot). You might also have a slight timing problem.
  21. Let us know how they perform on the trail (as well as the street).
  22. Take the carb off, clean it thoroughly, replace the gasket, pay attention to the idle port, and then smash it with a ten pound sledgehammer and swith to spfi, or you could put it back on. Your choice.
  23. I'll be staying at the Wedgewood resort. Call the front desk and ask for the Wasilla Middle school wrestling coaches room. I might have an hour or so to slip away on Saturday, but I'll be at Tanana MS all day there from 8 in the morning until about midnight. Just tell the people at the front door you are thee to see me and you'll be right back out after you find me. That way you won't have to pay admission.
