Subaru Reliability vs Honda and Toyota
A DOG replied to Denny's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXI think the older subes are more reliable than the new ones, but subaru in general is very reliable. I think they might be more reliable that honda ,but probably not toyota. just my .02 cents

Rims are mounted (come take a look)
That RX is way sick. Are those rims 15s or 14s. Really scnazzy.

Subiesport Mag 'old school' Project
You could also get an XT6. Those things are really fast and fairly easy to mod.

Subiesport Mag 'old school' Project
Any of the GL-10s would work great. They got a turbo and full time AWD. Some have 4Hi and 4lo and I think some even have LSD. Or you could try and find the old subies that were from japan that had the fender mirrors.http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1599

New XT Limited Turbo Life.
A DOG replied to williamhilow's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXYou could always get an aftermarket turbo and maybe an intercooler. That give mad power, and probably some kind of warranty.

Lifted Justy
That thing is truly a beast. I don't know how much power it has:confused: , but you could always make it more powerful under the hood with some mods. That thing is awesome though. I wanna see some pics of it in the mud.

*sigh* This is what I am up against
Thanks for the Ice chart. I always wanted to know if I could drive on some of the ponds.

solid axel subaru.
I would love to have a solid axle subaru. You could bash around and over anything. That would be sweet to have a 79 lifted suby. Probably one of a kind.

I got a glasspack!!!
Yes it is. And yes I can feel a little difference it acceleration and torque. I wish I had a welder.. I think I'm gonna get one in like a year or two and have it mounted under the hood.

I got a glasspack!!!
I'm not quite shure if my exhause is now legal or not, but I don't think cops in Montana worry about that kinda stuff.

I got a glasspack!!!
That hanger was just temporary. But it sounds awesome. Makes it sound more burly. And it frees up a couple horses.

I got a glasspack!!!
I went to my local checker this weekend and got myself a sweet Cherry Bomb Exhaust. Now my suby sounds really burly. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/photos/showphoto.php?photo=3894&size=big&sort=1&cat=500

Three Door Coupe??
I don't know this for a fact, but I would assume that they are a little smaller in length compared to the wagon. And smaller is better in some off road occasions.

Rainy + Bad Day at Work=
I like those rims. Next time bring your camera so we can see them dougnuts.

Thinking about another Sube, help me decide.
I heard their fast, but I guess not. Late 80s early 90s its all relative.

Thinking about another Sube, help me decide.
Or you could look really hard and find a Subaru RS. They made them back in the late 80s. Really rare, but fast and sweet for rallying.

Can-back
A DOG replied to Perry's topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVXI've never had one, but it would be sweet to have one.

High Lift Jack Tips and Tricks?
There have been several instances where I got highcentered or just stuck and had to jack my way out by sticking rocks under the tires. It takes a while to position rocks under the tires right, but if you do it right the first time you wont have to do it again.
