  5. Hey I figured in this Computerized age of printers and such it shouldnt be that big a deal, I could put one together with all the pics I have , I just thought it would be nice to have others rigs on my wall, the calender thing is mute for me, its all about the pictures,
  6. I would like to have a Subaru offroad calender on my wall , pictures of modified Subarus in offroad situations, anyone else interested? I dont want the project, I just want the calendar, could even help sell them SJR
  7. I built a buggy years ago based on a 76 datsun pickup 2wd running gear with a automatic, it was awesome I loved the automatic, it was stock engine and 2wd trans amd we ran 33" tires, tranny coolers a great idea, SJR

  10. Bellingham? stop by some evening
  11. . Each time we go out ita a different bunch, Ive gone out with subarus, Toyotas, a Trooper, and a Jeep, next time out looks like a Tracker with a Isuzu Diesel might make it
  12. 2 years ago I looked into that idea to offer in a kit, decided against it as it would require precesion machine work and welding, if I was to do my own one off I might take a secound set of struts , and cut the bottom off and use that bottom as a extension , might be able to slit the tube and clamp it over the stock strut , careful as you wouldnt want this to fall apart at 70 miles hour , comparing the EA and EJ the EA has more room for a big tire, the EJ bolts at the bottom, easy to lift with flat bar, the EA at the bottom is a round shaft in a clamped hole , more difficult
  13. anyone interested in building there own , I can provide you with any spec you want from my experiance . no cost
  14. spending a couple days at the dunes July 4th week , 2 Subarus so far be there July 4,5,6 last year
  15. the 3 bolt bar looks very doable in the front, now the rear the strut is offset , which causes some rim clearance issues, .. I have done a 2" lift on the strut tops just by cuttting 2x2 tubing , you could probably get by if you then redrilled the strut flange to fix the camber,
  16. Ive got a EJ at the shop all tore up Ive been thinking of making a extension at the bottom of the strut it has 2 bolts ,If you move the bottom mt to the top hole you gain 3"?? , then add some bar stock with 3 holes in it to catch the extra hole , thats the basic Idea, also this will allow for a over 27" tire , by next year I would like to offer a 4"
