  6. my 94 legacy is going past 165,000 right now and as far as i know,it still has original clutch.. i do some aggressive driving,no towing,up/down hills..no slipping (now i gotta find out if it's ever been changed)
  7. kudos to 91 loyale for taking it upon himself to clean up someone elses junk i'd offer my help if my job wouldn't keep changing my days on/off... maybe if i gave them a weeks notice not to schedule me certain day(s) it'd help... were abouts are the areas were your pullin this junk out of?
  8. speaking of svx's...(i'm being kinda on/off topic here but...) how much HP was available from one?(in stock form that is) only reason i ask is cause i found a legacy with a svx engine in it and they're saying 300hp.(just wish it was for sale) Click here to see Video

  10. yup seen those stickers before...(you do know what they mean right?) as far as a subaru wave...it seems like noone ever is lookin when i do wave so normally i give em a air horn blast(that's my horn) and i also park next to any soob i can (or they seem to find me)
  11. i just look at it as though i'm sleeping in a "six star" rated motel..
  12. one thing that's in the rules that i don't like is this so basically.if you winning, you can still lose by having your car pulled out of the race to be destroyed...:-\ -not to mention how much it costs to get in just to probably have car destroyed-
  13. i'm contemplating calling them.. be nice if they were still up an running.
  14. i found this site through motor trend web site.there's a # to call for info.located in milton,n.h. and by what the schedule says on the site, the races should have happened already but with the temps we've been having.i don't think the lake has even frozen over yet.. http://neiceracing.tripod.com/aboutus.html
  15. i had a 92 legacy that i thought it had a frozen caliper.mine got to the point when i'd stop and the rotor was smoking ..turned out it was the hill holder device(sticking and holding)i disconnected it and it was fine.might wanna try disconnecting that before doing what i did and buy (an install) a new caliper.. just a thought..
  16. +1 i second doing it this way.that's how i've always done it.but when putting wheels back on,clean up the center hub area.and use anti-seize in that area
  17. shot...all i got are these.(185/70/14s,snow an mud tires) (they were also free,so i'm not complaining) the tire and rim combo look good
  18. i clicked yes and i don't even live any where close... way i see it is..if i can't have one near by,at least someone else should be able to enjoy one..
  19. so how'd the ranger fair in gettin hit from behind? (wow, this is the 1st time seeing your loyale)-looks good with the tires an bumper too..
  20. looked like a blast.. you got some good pics.(camera angles an all)
  21. how many of those are out your way? i have three in my area..well one might not have any soobs. if you want,i can take a look and let you know what they got..let me know
  22. 94 Legacy GT-163,813 most major work done was timing belt,re-sealed oil pump, front cam seal(while doing belt) and replace broken strut spring(which has thrown alignment off slightly on front drivers wheel) she has original engine an trans(5-spd).needs slight body work, struts(maybe) an the most major that she needs is valve stem oil seal(only for one cylinder though, rest are fine)
  23. this one makes nice wallpaper too....(4 beautys in 1 shot)
  24. my leg gt has them...(at least i think,now i gotta go check :-\ )
  25. my 94 leg gt wagon has had sloppy shifter problems since i've owned it(2+yrs) and it's at the point where it's causeing miss-shifts and annoying the heck out of me... guess i should have repaired it along time ago..did someone say they did a write up? and does it have pics?
