  1. Ummm, the only one I have is currently still on the car and its not exactly nice enough out for me to be crawling under to measure :-\ I can check my parts book and see what it has tho... Edit*...No, it didnt show lengths :-\ But most of them were the same length for the 4EAT.
  2. When you said "Behind the wheel", I thought you meant that literally :-p This is me....out of the car
  3. I've got one in my shed...... But I'll wait to see what yours looks like first :-p
  4. Pretty sure they are the same.
  5. I believe he's talking about the fan belts. And it still has A/C if theres 2 belts. Theres a 6 point stud that sticks out just above the water pump. This will loosen the tenshioner for the A/C belt. The other belt is adjusted by moving the alternator.
  6. Ok, if you want to get technical. The manual says from 3/16 - 5/32, or 5mm - 6mm.
  7. You see the pics I posted in your thread? The guy that owns that (might have sold it by now) had several GT's in his yard. I took a pic of a green one he had that was in ok shape. He said he wanted to sell it all. He had tons of cars, old Rovers...you name it - he had it. I'll see if I can find that pic. Maybe some day I'll get a GT
  8. If I remember right (which isnt often) this took me about 10 cans. There is no clear coat on it, yet.
  9. What size punch are you using? It should be a 3/16th punch. Anything smaller and it will spread the roll pin open and may damage it so it hangs up inside the axle.
  10. 3 things I can think of from the start are: 1. Check the rotor, the screw may have fallen out. 2. If the rotor checks out fine, check the timing belts. 3. Undoubtedly, the MAF needs cleaning.
  11. But its a PITA to try and twist it out of there, isnt it? Its alot quicker to jack the engine up a little to make the job easier.
  12. No idea, but I bought my PAP replacement for $10.50
  13. Yup, looks just like the one on my first SVX.
  14. Nope, his is different. Sorry :-\
  15. Got a pic of it? I might know someone who has one and might be able to help. But I need to know if its the same thing.
  16. Be a good idea to remove the turbo, it has water and oil lines connected to the head that need removed. That bracket can be a pita, soak the bolts with PB Blaster first.
  17. You missed that part :-p
  18. The Sedan is normally a 4dr, this car is called a 3dr so it wont get mixed up with the earlier EA81 Hatchback. They did have a 3dr, on demand 4wd with a turbo, so I'm not sure if this is a swap. Dont see to many of them, but they are out there. Theres a idle/air screw on the back of the throttle body, adjustable from the top. It may have a black rubber plug in it, but most times its gone. Might want to check the timing on it also. Theres a green test connector that needs to be plugged in to check timing. It could either be in the engine bay by the drivers side strut tower/windshield wiper or under the steering column next to the ECU.
  19. Take one of the other nuts off the back of the light, I think theres 5 on each one. Is the rubber gasket the one on the door, or the one that surrounds the door jamb? Should be able to find a good one down here in a wrecking yard.
  20. Did you ever get pug nuts? I posted in the playground saying I had some and never got a reply if you were going to come get them.
  21. Welcome to the USMB. Looks like you will fit right in with the rest of us addicts
