That could do it.. Did it to mine, even if I ran straight water.. The mix seems to work perfectly.

Should I do this? *edit, motor mount replacement with writeup*
I need to install some bolts that bolt the engine to the motor mount (or vice versa) (2)... they ended up falling out at some point in time.. The situation I have is the motor mount is twisted just a bit to where i know the holes arent going to line up for me.. I looked at where I could possibly jack to lift the engine about 1/2" and it looks like the head/valve cover area would be a good spot to do it.. Could I put a block of wood under the head and use a floor jack to lift the engine up a tad so i can move the motor mount into place? I would definately use a cherry picker or a more suitable lifting device, but quite simply, I dont have one Thanks for your suggestions.

This is why safe towpoints are required...
i dunno about that bumper.. ive been stuck before in an isuzu trooper.. without tow hooks, we were forced to use the bumper to pull on.. long story short, the bumper flew off, hit a guy in the leg and snapped his leg in half :-\

Installed MBC and now too much boost....
I read something about it being tricky to find the spot where it (the boost) starts rising and falling.. theres a sweet spot in there maybe?

Just kickin around an idea... Double Subaru Tcase (twinstick?)
Power? Im runnin a 9.5:1 turbo here.. throttle? HA! i dont have problems there.. I have problems with the gearing! This isnt a thread about ways to get around the gearing problem.. its a thread to get better gearing. I suggested to mudrat to maybe make a new gearset for the subarus, since he is the guy putting in LSD's in front diffs and making adapter plates for EJ/EA... he's obviously got more experience in the D/R 5 speeds than probably 95% of us! Anyway.. If I sounded a little aggrivated with not having access to aftermarket gearing.. its because i am aggrivated lol..

AA lift and honda accord rear spring question..
i really dont like the looks of that AA lift personally.. as far as my suspension being much stiffer.. thats ok, i haul hundreds of pounds every morning for 45-50 miles... the stock springs just arent enough..
-
about those accord springs again..
went to schucks today to order my accord springs for the rear.. i found out theres two different part numbers... one is for A/C, one without.. they're telling me that the one with A/C is going to be a stiffer spring.. true? thx

Just kickin around an idea... Double Subaru Tcase (twinstick?)
if its anything like say.. an NP241.. then yeah, the planetary gears are in front (the input shaft actually is connected to the planetary gear set in this particular tcase)... 1.9 whatever:1 would be awesome!

AA lift and honda accord rear spring question..
So far I've heard of a few axles coming apart on people using the AA lift which increases the CV angle... What about the accord springs? are they going to do this? Whats the difference in lift between the two? I heard the springs give about 2" of stress on the CV's.. What bout the AA method of suspension lift?

anyone shed some light on legality of engine swaps?
not to hijack your post.. but its sort of relevant.. What about OBD/OBD-II? ex. 1996 EJ22 w/tech 2 (OBD-II) into a 1990 Loyale w/tech 1 (OBD-1?) Would you have to keep an OBD1.. OBD1?
