Was that built on an old EA82 chassis? I see a GL dash inside. Wonder what power plant he's running.

Heres another photo I found rolling around in my photo bin. Looks like they were having rear suspension issues and a messed up cv.

Well, assuming that it's Aspen/Alder/Ash or something similar to that with an approximate length of 18 inches and a diameter of 4 inches, it comes out to 1,047,000 pounds per inch :D:horse:

I have a new old stock set that I'm going to be making reproductions of at some point.

That buggy, and the sedan posted above are Bigo96 or something like that, on here. There have been many posts about it, and even a thread all about it somewhere.

Yes it is a completely gutted and shelled EA82..if you look at the next pics you can see the front fender/engine bay core support beams. I remember this thread, I think he EJ'd it.

 

I have often thought about doing this as well. It would definitely teach me tubing skills.

was finally able to grab some pics off my other computer so I'll add some of my favorites. Most are from here over the years.
