Thats reeaallllyyyy frigin weird, I was thinking about a lifted, rallyed out RX on the way home last night! I was thinking that since it allready had rear discs, LSD, coil over R shocks and would haul a$$, why not just lift one and stuff in a D/R 5spd.

no.

Please don't do it.

The lifted XT's are strange looking enough.

But it's up to you.

A 3door would look cool, but using an RX (especially a beauty like yours) would be a huge waste. I know you're just kidding anyways though  Right????

Yeah... uh....kidding... thats it :)

I probably wont ever do it, but had to do the photoshop to ease my curiosity.

But My next off-road rig will have that tir/rim combo.

Might need to trim those fenders a bit

I'd wheel it !

i am a fan of the taboo.i say it would be an awesome addition to the monsters we see around here anyways.there is no reason that any vehicle should be it's stereotypical self, just like any of us.i have often thought about this.i just cannot afford an rx shell at this point.but you can guarantee if i were to get two, i would have one for the road and on for the not so there even if i tried, road.:brow:

That'd be awesome! I think you need ANOTHER rx now, one for street and one offroader.

Mudrat had one sitting in his yard that had 33s on it and a huge lift when we went down for Ken's axle swap. I thought it looked awesome. Wanted it!

Some day, I'll roll one.

is that actually an RX? looks awesome!

I like the clean one that still has the body kit on it, now photoshop some mud on it!!!

That would be a sick rig. Someone, do it. Granted, I would have that as a second RX not the first. Just take one that is getting a little too old [have we proven that that cannot happen yet?] and put the lift on there.

First one to do this is the man.

Where do you get those rims anyway?

i dont know, i thonk an rx will look right lifted as long as the proportions are right. say 3 inch and xt6 wheels, or other 14's. hell my rx would make a good candidate, its already part time carb. dammit if i didnt have a picture. but the way i have it it would look right lifted to an extent.

maybe lose the front dam if u lift it....

looks sweet to a point.. kinda defeats the whole rx purpose tho fast offroading

having said that should i ever finish my ext brat thing it will get that kinda treatment i think the lift and such
