  1. Yeah but even Small claims court usually end up costing you more time and money then it would have cost you to fix it yourself. I hate Insurance companies! They love to take all your money all year long but when it comes time they never want to help you out! I had a someone back into my old Impreza. I had four quotes at body shops and the lowest one was 600. The ins. comp. would not go over 300! It always happens like this and the people that need it the most get the biggest hassles!
  2. The only place around here that ever gets it right for me is NAPA. Every place else has gotten it wrong. VIP is the worst!
  3. Oh okay. I've never bought a clutch for a turbo before that's why I didn't know.
  4. just out of curiousity why did they need to know that vin #? I have never had that question asked before.
  5. Looks like a good deal! I want a solid body!!!!
  6. I bet as long as you don't horse on it then you'll be fine. I mean they are running stock tranny's with the EJ motors
  7. On top of the gas mileage, the low end torque will be insane compared to the stock suby motor! Keep us all updated on this project!!!
  8. Oh right! Yeah that would be cool in a Subaru!!!
  9. Whats the adapter for??
  10. Are the tranny mounts tight? I had a lose mount and it did that. Or maybe rear diff bushing
  11. Exactly what I was thinking! It really wouldn't be all that hard. with the right tools and some fab work
  12. Sounds good to me. I had a friend that had a UTEC management system and had an aftermarket up pipe and he was pushing 300 AWHP, so I would say that's decent for what you have on it.
  13. I used to run my AGX's on the middle setting, and no I did not notice much of a difference when I went to the GR2's.
  14. There should really be a flex joint behind the tranny. That is what comes factory and I've found it's necessary so that it doesn't break the exhaust or put tension on the head bolts.
  15. Welcome! You'll love it here! There are quite a few Brats so keeps searching! A lot of the good ones are getting quite pricey but keep looking on ebay and craigslist!
  16. A 92 should work fine but you may have to set them side by side and ghange out a few plugs etc. As long as it's out of an EJ car and it is a 4 spd auto 4EAT it should work fine. But also make sure it comes out of a car with the same gear ratio as yours if not you may need to change your rear diff as well.
  17. You should come, I'd love to see your car!!!
  18. ebay sells a lot of kyb's and for a decent price too. I have ordered a set from ebay before with luck. You'll probably get them fairly quickly. Just a thought
  19. I'm not sure about your eaxact problem but I will say that I used KYB AGX's on my old 97 Impreza and they were blown in 6 months! I will never use them again! I wasn't jumping my car. I went KYB GR2's and they lasted a lot longer!
  20. No he only has 13" wheels on that! It just sits so nice and tall and wide because of the full Loyale suspension and drive train. That Brat literally went everywhere!
  21. Only on EA81 and EA82. The older ones were located in the top center.
